My favorite mid stop between Salt Lake City and Vegas! It has a modern local farm vibe. You can pick up drinks, food and the iconic ice cream or cheese here and recharge! It’s definitely way better than stopping over at a random rest service area. The ice cream is my go to every time. The “Rich and Famous” is my favorite so far!

Such a relaxing, welcoming, warm atmosphere. Didn’t take long at all to get our food at 6 pm on a Thursday. Had an incredibly nice guy take our order, and even though the short rib nachos came out with cilantro all over them (not on the side like I had asked) and the melted cheese had been cooling just a little too long, I’d still recommend them. They were leaded with tasty toppings and even tho lukewarm, tasted fresh and balanced! The kids loved running around the patio/grass, and playing in the kids’ area inside. It was a much-needed stretch break from our long drive and I’m glad we hit it in the evening, because apparently the crowds are much better then! Kids thought the mac and cheese was a little off because of all the cheeses used, but no one makes it quite like Mom. 🙂 We would love to go back and try the ice cream next time we are passing through— the list of flavors looked incredible!

This place is very good! We had the Turkey Pesto on gluten free bread and the Avacado Bacon cheddar grilled cheese. Both were very tasty. One of the best gluten free breads we have had. We also tried the macaroni and cheese. It was pretty good. The fries are also gluten free.

On my way to Salt Lake City on the side of the freeway, this building catches your attention!!! It’s worth the stop; they have food, snacks, homemade ice cream and clean RESTROOMS!!!!! I was amazed with their variety of cheeses and jelly jams of different flavors. Their ice cream has a really good taste and a buttery touch. Their food is really good, but I was not so happy with their flat breads; it didn’t tasted fresh. There’s not a direct exit from the freeway to get here, you will have to go through town to get to this place. Their history is interesting. There’s plenty parking here.

Great food, especially if you like cheese and ice cream! There were a few people serving that seemed kind of like they woke up on the wrong side of the bed, but most were friendly. Service was quick and the bathrooms were clean. Great place to stop on i-15.

Paid for bacon Mac and cheese and they gave me the regular. No place to sit inside so ate it in my car. The cheese sauce flavor was a bit off, don’t recommend the Mac and cheese. Fries were cold. Family members got sandwiches and liked those.

This surprising operation in Beaver offered up some decent non-franchise food. I’d recommend the stop if you’re not in a big hurry. It added about an hour to our Bryce Canyon commute. The ice cream was quite good.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at The Creamery Kitchen off Interstate 15, and I must say, the lunch menu was absolutely fantastic. The highlight of the experience was undoubtedly the selection of cheeses available. The variety and quality were exceptional, and each bite was a delight to the senses.
