In a word: decent the food here was good. The brisket was tender and could be cut with a fork! The pork ribs were cooked tender and tasted flavorful. The tri tip was decent but I thought could have been a lot more tender! The hot link was nice and charred the way I like it and had a nice flavor! The sides were also nice like the beans, that had chucks of tri tip I believe and were very saucy, the mac and cheese tasted decent, the potato salad was good! I did really like the bbq sauce, which they offered to heat choices, spicy and medium. Also, the coleslaw was good but I really enjoyed the cornbread. It had a nice crust on the bottom that reminded me of how I make my own cornbread in a cast iron skillet! Very tasty so nice that my daughter and I went back another day. Not bad Carmel! Your town knocked it out of the park. I would say, your bbq is better than a lot of so called bbq restaurants I have been to. Good job!!!

Great little bbq restaurant in Carmel. My family enjoyed the quiet and calm atmosphere of the restaurant and surrounding shopping center. Overall the food was really good but we thought the brisket won the show. It look tasty and was tender with that hint of smoky flavor. The pulled pork was also delicious. The tri-tip was good but a little on the though side. It was a slow day so the manager attended us and provided suburb service. I highly recommend Crossroads to anyone.

I have to get this out….THE BEST SMOKED BBQ I HAVE HAD IN CALIFORNIA!!….Sorry now that I have that out. I am nor cal born and raised and I have never had BBQ like this in cally. I lived in the south for 3 years trying all kinds of BBQ in many different states and this bar far is exactly like those. Me and my wife talk about this place non stop. Will for sure be coming back.

Crossroads BBQ catered my son’s wedding this weekend. It was absolutely amazing. We do BBQ catering and was going to drive our rig cross-country to cook for their wedding but found these guys online. Sent our son over to do a tasting and he said it was the closest thing to ours he’d ever had. Saved us a trip across the Rockies with the pit!

I have been here twice now. The trip tip and brisket is alright. In general tender, but lacks flavor and o dont plan onnorsering it again. My favorite is the pork, pulled and the ribs. The pulled pork has a good smokey flavor that I really enjoy. The ribs are tender and the flavor is excellent. I like the beer options too.

Awesome as always. Today I ate the pulled pork and the brisket with a side of beans. I normally go for the ribs but today I wanted something different. All really good. This is a great place for some good old barbecue. Staff is nice and friendly. The service is quick. The place is clean and easy parking.
