We all really enjoyed the food and dize of helpings. We LOVE the different tea and drink optiins. Cool place. There was just one server trying to take care of everyone and run the cash register etc. I hated to rate this good place a 4 on that item, but I’m guessing like most other restaurants, they can’t find help.

Distinguished Diner
My expectations were not high for a business open 8am to 2pm on a Saturday. We were seated at 12pm with only 5 other people eating in the entire restaurant. We were greeted and had our drinks within a timely manner. We looked over the menu and asked the waitress what was good, she said everything was good. I ended up getting the farmers burger with fries. We had our food within 20 minutes of ordering. To our surprise everything was DELICIOUS! The value for our food was great due to portion size and price. We will definitely be coming back.

People….you must try! The Crystal has the best burgers in North Manchester. We like they are open on Thursday evenings. Service is great, place is clean and food is very good. Wish you were open on more evenings. I have heard several people comment they never know when you are open. Maybe get an open flag flying out front. The tint on the windows does make it hard to see if you are open. I would recommend this place to anyone. Highly recommend the BBQ bacon cheddar burger and onion rings!! The wraps are delicious too!

This is the “Loaded Fries” for $7. And this was the best thing we tasted. American fries (basically potato hash) was greasy and overcooked. Mushroom Burger slimy, greasy and tasteless. Club sandwich was gross. Service was horrid. People even stormed out due to service and lack of. If they are the only thing open, go to the gas station, couldn’t be worse.

We came in for coffee and breakfast. The food was great! Service could have been better. I wasn’t finished eating, and it was 15 minutes before closing, the waitress dumped out the coffee early. Very disappointed I couldn’t have coffee during my entire meal. Had to wear my coat the entire time because it was cold in there. I’m still giving this place a high rating all-over.

The waitress was rude we had to go, and I asked for cream for the second time I had to go and ask for a cuppa coffee for the second time. She had an attitude from the beginning if she doesn’t like her job she needs to get another. We won’t be back and will tell all my friends about the service.

We have been here numerous times and the food is really good. The waitress on the other hand, comes across really rude. It’s getting to the point I don’t want to go back. I watch her with other customers, and it’s the same with everyone. It’s sad such a nice place can turn off customers due to one person.
