Cool new seafood restaurant! I came for the soft opening today (they say the official full opening is arround the end of July 2023) and had the Blackened Mahi Sandwich with fries and it was awesome!!

I ate at the soft opening tonight and ordered the Connecticut Lobster Roll with French Fries. I ordered it “to go” and in the future will eat in the restaurant. Steam and take out food don’t always go together. STILL the french fries weren’t soggy and the roll was delicious. There were large pieces of lobster on a delicious soft bun. The lobster was so fresh. I’ll definitely be back.

What a phenomenal place for fresh seafood. The fish and chips were flaky and crispy – cooked to perfection. The blackened fish sandwich was also amazing. So glad to have this location in college park. Will be back often.

Everything was on-point! Lobster roll and blackened grouper sandwich were delicious and fresh! Best hush puppies I’ve ever had. It felt like I was in New England! It’s about time CP has access to delicious, we’ll-executed seafood in a casual setting. Staff was super-friendly and accommodating. Kudos to management/ownership. We’ll be back for sure.
