We are a eclectic 80’s and 90’s themed pub featuring throwback cocktails as well as craft beer, wine and a full bar. The Dam Pub has a bar area as well as a separate dining area that is family friendly. We also have a game room that has two dining tables with full service available. We have a patio as well as a rooftop patio available in warmer months. We serve everything from pizza to a pork ribeye entree. We look forward to throwing it back with you at The Dam Pub!

Interesting place! The decor is 80s and 90s decor. Pleasant atmosphere! We tried it during the Saturday Brunch time frame. The service was outstanding and the food was really good. My wife got the Bucket of Mimosas which is a bottle of Champagne with glasses of orange, pineapple, and cranberry juice.

While visiting Iowa we ate here. Fun 80’s retro environment with seating outside which was comfortable. Our newer server did a great job and paid attention to detail. We ordered the Nachos, Chicken Sandwich, Fried Avocado Burger and the Thai Chicken Pizza. All the food was good and it was good portions, however be warned that their style of cooking the Chicken Sandwich is to deep dark fry it. Not my favorite. Flavors were good. Would recommend.

Great little Dive Bar! Nothing wrong with a dive bar just know that when you go. Dont go in and ask for a moscow mule or fancy named seltzer’s! Its a beer and whiskey bar with a limited menu burger/fries & chicken wings. Nothing pretentious about this bar!

Are you kidding me?? This place is a freaking hidden gem that I hope everyone in Iowa and beyond has the chance to discover!! They were so welcoming when we walked in, the service was absolutely above and beyond amazing! The food was incredible! The salsa verde for starters was top notch! We had the fried avocado burger and the best dam chicken sandwich. Both were so flavorful and incredible! They have a top notch menu and a very talented kitchen staff! The environment was clean and so fun! 80’s and 90’s music and vibes! We will absolutely be back!!

The food was great! I had the Best Dam Chick Sandwich which was flavorful and tasty. The serverice was great! The only complaint that I have was the music was a bit too loud. We had a party of 7 and it was hard to have conversations around the table.

Great neighborhood spot in Beaverdale with a focus on ‘80s and ‘90s music and theme. Local beers on tap and good food. I enjoyed the 1/2 order of nachos which was a huge portion and the open faced beef sandwich with red mashed potatoes. Delicious and above expectations. Bartenders Irving and rest of staff did a great job serving and being friendly. I will be back.

We came in for dinner on a Sunday early evening and had a good experience. The food was really tasty and our server was great. I felt like the food portions were generous for the price and the 80s/90s vibe was on par. They have a special for food and drinks every day, so I went with half price Sunday sangria. We sat inside, but they have a fairly large space for being in Beaverdale, and a nice outdoor patio area. Glad we live in the neighborhood as we’ll definitely be back!
