Amazing pizza! One of the best I’ve had in the US, to be honest. We took the Vegetarian Pizza which had so many fresh vegetables on it – cherry tomatoes, broccoli, mushrooms and olives. The dough was perfect and the sauce was by the book, we absolutely loved it. Highly recommended!

You would be lucky to find pizza like this in a tourist town, usually you would have to settle for pizza like picasa. But seriously, this wood fire pizza is good enough to be in nyc. Not only is the crust delicious, but the topping and other ingredients seem to be top notch too. They also have a full bar, great atmosphere, and friendly staff. Every time I visit Stowe I want to come here. It is a little expensive but worth it. I really enjoyed the mushroom truffle pizza, but the margarita, and vegetarian were also good. Eat here, your mouth can thank me latter.

Cool spot with some funky decoration inside. Ended up here on a Friday night after trying a couple of other restaurants and getting hit with a 2hr wait time. They sat out party of 8 right away, and were quick to take drink and foods orders. Gluten free crust and vegan cheese substitutes available for +$4. Staff was so friendly (our waitress in particular was hilarious) and helped me a customize a vegan pizza. The boys all ordered the giant $5 beer special

When visiting Stowe for a ski trip, it was rather difficult to find a pizza place that was open on a Wednesday. We found out the next day that most places don’t open up till Thursday in the area (just an FYI to those traveling)! This was not the case though with The Deep End and thank goodness they were open! We had a large number of people in our group and we were all craving pizza the first night we were staying in Stowe! We ordered a variety of pizzas (a great selection of different toppings/ flavors to choose from) and we were very pleased with all of the pizzas we ordered! Nice and crispy and had great flavor in every bite. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for takeout pizza!

I did a lot of research and it seems that Google and Yelp both seem to lean towards the deep end as the best pizza in Stowe Vermont. TripAdvisor would say it is Picasso’s. I only ate the pizza at the deep end and it was some of the best pizza I’ve ever had. I’d say it’s in my top five. If you’re in Stowe Vermont and you like pizza on your vacation you have to try this pizza. If you like quality you can’t get better than fire roasted Pizza.

Hands down the best pizza in Stowe. Not a huge vibe in terms of busy restaurant atmosphere but, if you want a bite or a take out, you won’t find better. Wood fired oven pizza, so crispy and tasty. Must try!

Not sure we will return. We ordered a Margherita pizza, a Sausage pizza (it comes with the banana peppers), garden salad, kids buttered pasta and stuffed poblano pepper; but then we heard another voice in the background say no stuffed poblano pepper. The order was ready quickly. The pizzas are all 12″ so they aren’t your normal large size, more like a medium. We did not care for the burnt edges (and bottom) – the Margherita was fine but the sausage was more than 1/3 burnt (see photos). I know you can say it’s wood fired and supposed to be like that but it just tastes burnt. The salad was large but the spring mix was not balanced and contained mostly radicchio and mizuma (the red leaves and the spiky green leaves); in fact, I couldn’t find any romaine or spinach. The kids pasta was generously portioned, cooked al dente, and buttered properly.

THIS is how you do gluten-free, vegan, and low waste. They make vegan pizzas that actually taste amazing. The salads are awesome too. I was so impressed by the compostable pizza box and takeout containers. The order was ready in 20 mins, and there’s a window to pick up so you don’t even need to go inside. The margherita pizza was one of the best I’ve ever had. This photo makes it look burnt, but it was perfect.
