Called in my order to friendly staff and was told 20 mins till pickup. 40 minutes later with an empty deli, the order still wasn’t made resulting in an hour total wait time. It was thrown together and was overall disappointing. My Italian stallion that’s considered a “landmark sandwich” wasn’t even made on toasted French bread. It was on a flattened soggy sub roll, covered in unmelted butter and roast beef that looks like it came from a pre-packaged container at Walmart. I used to really enjoy your deli but I’ll be sure to go to M&D from now on.

They slathered this sandwich in multiple layers of mayo and threw it on a burnt hamburger bun. McDonald’s does a better job. I’ve given them multiple visits to change my mind but it just keeps getting worse. Really disappointed I drove across town to get this.

Very unprofessional. I was very specific & polite with my order , sub was still rushed ! I asked them to remake it and instead of apologising / taking accountability, I was disrespected by one of the employees who has black and pink hair to be exact . I said extra sauce and she responded “well what might be extra sauce for you might be too much for somebody else”

I needed to order catering for a small gathering. Ferricka(spelling?) was very friendly and helpful. She was able to advise me regarding how much food I would need for my sized gathering and was very accurate. The stuffed chicken riggaes, Christine salad and assorted wrap was all delicious and reasonably priced. We will definitely be using them again!

We ordered 2 sandwiches and they could have been edible enough to eat (not anything I would waste my money on again) but the rolls that they came on were so stale that the garbage was the only thing enjoying those sandwiches. The first time I ordered from here it was great,now it’s my fourth and final time . Highly disappointed ☹️

Ordered a panini online with bacon added, which I paid extra for. Sandwhich had no bacon… Pretty overpriced to begin with considering how small the sandwich itself ended up being. Mostly bread… That combined with being left without my bacon just makes me not recommend this place.
