The Depot Eatery was born out of our deep love for food. We have been in the restaurant business for many years and have tailored our menu to what our customers enjoy the most.
We continually look for new ways to elevate flavorful dishes of great tasting food in a pleasing comfortable atmosphere.

The Depot Eatery offers a variety of signature cocktails as well as your favorites. Serving breakfast mimosas, house wines, domestic and IPA beers. Our breakfast mimosas are a delight! Choose from blood orange, peach, prickly pear, orange, cranberry and pineapple. We make a signature Bloody Mary or Maria featuring a house made spicy mix, olives, cocktail onions, pickled asparagus, celery and lemon. Make it a deluxe and add bacon!

I have been traveling quite a bit lately and have been eating out a lot. So far nothing anywhere has been even close to impressive or worth the money. We found The Depot Eatery on Google while driving through Grants Pass Oregon. It is a very modern yet rustic little place. The food was unbelievable compared to everything else we’ve tried. We had their Bloody Mary and had them add bacon. It’s not as flashy as some you see now days but the flavor was perfect. We’ll definitely be back.

We have driven by many times. We decided to try it out. What a disappointment. Overpriced for what you got. I ordered the potato cake combo. I noticed a hair on my plate which wasn’t mine. Our server only asked to take my plate due to losing my appetite she didn’t offer anything else. We ordered a kids cheeseburger sliders and it didn’t even come with cheese. We didn’t even get refills on our drinks. I don’t think we are going to come back.

We have been twice and both times service and wait time was terrible. The first time we went they were a bit on the busy side which is why we decided to give it another shot. Unfortunately this time when we went there was maybe 1/3 of the table and booths with customers and it still took almost an hour to get food. The bacon was so burnt it just Crumbled when you touched it. I had to wait over 20 mins for my coffee that was half full and they wanted to charge me $3 for it (they removed the charge when I said something about it). Unfortunately as much as we wanted a new breakfast spot we won’t be wasting money here again.

We had delicious made to order chicken pot pie. My only criticism is I would’ve liked a darker crust. The service was very good even though they were busy. The delicious coffee is from Rogue Roasters and I would go just to drink it. Yum!
