Great view and decor, very slow service. 1 hour for drinks, 1.5 hours for the first app, French onion soup stay away, more like packs of gravy with splash of water. Definitely DO NOT GET THE STEAKS, it’s terrible. All in all over priced for tasteless food that took over 2 hours to get even when the place wasn’t that busy.

Excellent service and great food. We visit regularly for a reason. The steaks, burgers, fish, everything is good. The pizza is nothing to get excited about, big it’s fair. Incredible view, even if you choose not to sit on the deck outside. The bartenders know their trade with a wide selection of top-shelf spirits. The interior is decorated in a western them, which helps me feel right at home. When we have out of town guests, we always take them to the Shoe.

Tourist trap! Great view, nice decor, extremely overpriced food, steaks were possibly the worst I’ve ever had, might have possibly been from that week old run over deer on the highway out front, tough overcooked zero flavor. Thought maybe the tators and veggies might smooth things out…. Nope equally as tasteless. And before y’all respond and tell me I should eat at 4b’s, I did eat there, and it was delicious, they know how to use seasonings. So for people that want only a beer and a view, this place would work, but if you get hungry, you should find something else, or be prepared to shell out some serious cash for not good food. I may have been there on an off night, but if you’re gonna have the stones to charge 40.00 for a tiny ribeye, you’d better not ever have an off night.

This place would not have been our first choice for a dining experience, but was blowed out of the water with the service, quality of food and just overall hospitality. I will definitely will be recommending to all my friends that may be traveling through the Polson area. The Diamond Horseshoe has a clean and friendly environment. Most gracious hosts that were attentive to our dining and cocktail needs. My husband and I will be stopping again

No customer service. Long wait times for food and the prices are way to high for the quality of the food you get. We even ate there twice just to give them another chance.

Paid $28 for Chicken Piccata that tasted like nothing more than weak lemon water poured over noodles with a chicken breast that was obviously soaked in some sort of buttermilk, breaded and then overcooked to be slightly rubbery. It’s about the easiest recipe to make and they totally failed!y My buddy got the same thing and also said the same thing! It’s too bad because they have an amazing location and generally good live music. THEY NEED TO EITHER DROP THEIR PRICES ON THE FOOD OR UP THE QUALITY!

Locals, like myself have ruminated about the overflow of tourists. Thankfully Ive found the answer. One visit to this “restaurant” guarantees a lackluster and tepid experience that makes Yakima a top destination. Overpriced, miserly portions, and unimaginative presentation awaits the unsuspecting. ie When a 1/4 head of lettuce and 3 split cherry tomatoes “pass” as a $11 salad – you know you’ve found the local tourist trap. As far as steaks…Rare doesnt mean rare -it means arid and dry… if you know you know
