One star for the pretty views and another for the wonderful waitress. The food was so bad, and so expensive! We definitely don’t mind paying for good food and service but this was not it. The pasta was some of the worst we have tasted. It tasted very gummy and undercooked. All the food lacked flavor and desperately needed a bunch of salt. The fried chicken was extremely fatty and oily. Just poor quality cooking with fine dining prices. Maybe it was what we ordered, and maybe there are other items on the menu that are better. Who knows because we won’t be back.

We were excited to try this place with our kids. Unfortunately, after waiting almost 1.5 hours for our food, the excitement had significantly waned. There is only so much hallway pacing and bathroom trips and roaming around the hotel you can do with 3 small children. We had not planned to spend the entire evening here. I felt for the waiter; who was very nice and apologized several times about the delay, but when I asked the woman who appeared to be in charge why another table who came well after us had received their food before us, I was simply told “the kitchen is doing their best”

My wife and I enjoyed lunch here. We found the service a bit slow and maybe not as professional as you would expect in a high caliber restaurant but the food quality was outstanding. We had burgers, one with soup and one with Caesar salad. Everything was delicious and more than adequate portions. I asked for my burger to be more medium rare and it was cooked perfectly. Incredible views and cold beer made for a fantastic lunch.

Excellent food and services. You can’t beat the view. We didn’t make reservation but they fit us in right away. Come early before the crowd so you can get a window seat.

Ok food. Defiantly not fine dinning or worth the prices. Got Steak and mash potatoes. Steak was decent mash potatoes were way to salty. Cheesecake tasted like grocery store quality, just re plated with addition of small amount of sauce (10$) Spent 150$ for 2 people and both left saying would not go back. If the total bill was half the cost I would give it 4 stars. Just lower quality food then expecting. Staff was great and the view is amazing.

Called for reservations for 3 at 4pm. They said there was a 7:45pm slot. We said, “Yes” We had a special occation. Celebrating my Sister and my birthday and honoring my Mom’s memory as she passed just 2 years ago. My Dad wanted something special. We arrived 20 minutes early just in case there was an opening so when we were told there wasn’t and we could sit in the bar or the tv room, no big deal, we were early. When 7:45 hit we were told to please be patient, it would be 15 more minutes….no big deal, we are okay with that. Then someone came up to the host and said she was sorry but her party that was supposed to be there at 7 just arrived and was the spot still there. (Ummm it was 8 at that point, an hour late) They were told they saved their spot. So we were sitting there waiting for a spot and one was held for people that were an hour late?? We said nothing. We were finally called to our table shortly after 8. It was beautiful. Window seat, wonderful view! Problem was, we never got to even order our drinks or see our server for over 15 minutes. She apologized for the wait and took our drink order and dinner order at the same time. We wanted the clams as an appetizer but they were out. No big deal as during these times, that happens, no harm, no foul. Drink order didn’t come for another 20 minutes. Dinner came about 5 minutes after our drinks. We were never offered more drinks. When she did come to see how we were doing we were done with the meal and we asked for coffee. I then said, “Oh, and a dessert menu!” which she said, that was a good call because the desserts were excellent. Coffee came, dessert menu never did, neither did offers to refill our coffee. My dad took his credit card out. He was “done” A dinner which we wanted to be special was not as special. It could’ve been really nice. Drinks and meals were good, coffee was good. Food and view I give 5 stars. Service and attention to detail is 2 stars, and that is being extremely “nice”
