Wonderful place to dine and relax with family and or friends. The fish and shrimp can’t be beat and make sure you save room for the dessert. The fruit cobblers are served warm and the banana pudding dessert is the best. I highly recommend The Dock.

The dock has a salad bar, plenty of seafood and a good clean restaurant for the people to enjoy. Fresh prepared homemade pies and much much more fried okra corn bread beans. You will enjoy the just getting out of town drive across the red river bridge . It is a great place to eat and their rates for food is very affordable and reasonable. All you fish consumes will enjoy your eating experience. The dock is open Friday and Saturday. Too bad it is not open on Sunday. I would drive out to eat with these good people who goes out of the way to give us a satisfied eating experience. Yes I enjoy eating at the dock even tho I am a vegan. They have plenty to enjoy.

Very relaxed atmosphere, comfortable booths, friendly staff. An old area favorite. Disappointed with the butterfly shrimp and boiled shrimp which were overcooked. Everything else was very tasty. I had very good tempura-like cajun shrimp, catfish, fried okra, green beans, green tomatoe relish & pickled okra, peach cobbler & banana pudding. They also have a salad bar, corn fritters, baked potatoes, pulled pork, chicken tenders, french fries, hush puppies, corn bread, red beans (which are big favorites of the locals). Desserts include strawberry cobbler, apricot cobbler, peach cobbler, bread pudding and banana pudding, Wife also had Cole slaw and bread pudding. The ice tea was very fresh and not as weak as many restaurants. Even the patrons are down-to-earth, friendly country folks. We have just always enjoyed being able to eat in such a relaxed atmosphere and good food.

Excellent service and delicious catfish and seafood. We have tried all of the items on the menu and have never been dissatisfied but a must try is the strawberry cobbler. It does get pretty busy however so come early if your antisocial like me.

01-11-20.. Not a good experience this time. Buffet was Empty at 5:30. It was cold in the restaraunt. The owner was told by another party but did nothing to correct the temp. The catfish that did come out was not battered the same and tasteless. The hushpuppies were overcooked and the fries undercooked. The shrimp was good. Normally have multiple cobblers, only peach tonight.. Went to the third table before finding a clean table. Owner playing games on the computer instead of running the business…not sure what happened to the great place it was last visit…… Last visit was 4 star… Best shrimp around. Catfish is very good. Small buffet but they keep it hot n full. Around $16 which is comparable to others. The ride out is a little rough, plenty of pot holes.

Nice buffet all you can eat catfish and shrimp. A couple different styles of fried shrimp and fresh boiled shrimp all the standard sides plus others like fried corn and okra. The salad is always fresh or good slaw. Desert is included and usually includes a couple different coblers,bread pudding and banana pudding. Ice cream is available for a small extra charge. Nice people a little off the beaten path but a scenic drive to get there. Well worth checking out. If you’re not a fish and shrimp fan there are other choices like chicken strips or pulled pork.
