Just ordered and will not do business with them no more, our food boxes were crushed, the cake my husband ordered was melted and the fried mushrooms were cold plus they gave us the wrong dipping sauce and we ordered two cups of ice and only got one. This is the second time this has happened,we are DONE. Our order was $42.00 and it looked like trash when we received it,no more,will go somewhere else from now on. But the driver was very polite that is the only credit I give them is the driver was very nice.

The Dugout Pizzeria and Grill has been a staple of the Archdale corner of 62 and Main St. They have great pizza and wings and have recently opened a small billiard room with 3 tables and I’ve cold beers on tap.

I found a place with way better quality food for cheaper prices at the shack it’s built together with a citgo convenient store I high point nc and the people were more compassionate and respectful and more understanding towards me as a customer they didn’t get upset if u has a concern about my food they are very nice compassionate worker’s compared to who I spoke with a the dugout restaurant in Archdale .but the prices are so reasonable and the food is prepared way better the cheeseburgers and onion rings and bacon lettuce and tomatoe sandwiches are delicious I will never stop ordering from the shack store !

I didnt want to believe, i read one review that the delivery guy take money when you pay hin with cash, i order a burguer (23 dollars) and pay with a 100 bill, the delivery guy gave me the change when he arrived (77 dollars) then when i close the door he came back knock and told me that he made a mistake that he gave me 10 extra dollars, so i gave him the 10 back, when i was counting the money inside he didnt gave me 10 extra he gave me the exact amount

We called in a order at work. There was 5 orders. They didn’t bring me my tea. I called them and they said they would bring it back out to me. I called back, and they put the manager on the phone. She said I cussed them. When I tried talking to her. She hung the phone up on me. I told the delivery guy I didn’t cuss anyone. And that we will not be ordering anything from there again. It was 5 orders totaling about 70.00 dollars. And we order from them once or twice a week. But, not anymore
