Great atmosphere – nice without being too stuffy. Service was outstanding. Homemade bread was great, salads were great. Steaks were underdone per order but I’d much rather have underdone than overdone. The issue was dealt with perfectly. Lobster tail was perfectly cooked. Desserts were underwhelming. All in all a very pleasant experience and we’ll definitely be back.

We had a reservation, which I recommend. Tell the server if you have never been there. They are full of history information. We had delicious melt in your mouth filet. Talked to bartender who was also a wealth of information regarding history. Be sure to sign the guest book. Parking is a premium so I suggest going early. Loved it can’t wait to go back.

This place is straight out of a movie. Tasty food, great drinks, stellar service and a nice side of history to accompany it all. Can’t say enough great things about this gem of an establishment!

Had a great evening withy family. Had reservations and was greeted at the door. Had a little time to enjoy the speakeasy bar as well. Food was spot on, very flavorful and large portions. We both had steaks, ribeye and NY strip. The service was fantastic. Our waitress and bartender were very happy and helpful. My wife and I will certainly plan to be back soon.

This is an old establishment dating back to prohibition and if what I am told is accurate was a speakeasy. There is a large porch for outside dining, and the inside is reminiscent of an exclusive club. Gentlemen do not wear shorts while dining here. We started with onion rings, and they are really good. I mean to say better than a standard order of onion rings, they are served with ketchup. The salad was also delicious, a simple wedge salad with house raspberry vinaigrette, carrot, grape tomatoes, thin sliced cucumber, and really good blue cheese. My wife had the spinach salad and said it was outstanding. My entree was a bone in ribeye, which was cooked to order and very good. My wife chose the pork chop, which was well over an inch thick and she said it was super. We opted out on dessert as we were stuffed full by then. This is not an inexpensive night out, but if you are having an occasion, I do recommend.

I very much enjoyed the steak and the waitress was friendly. The steak was exceptionally good. I liked the old decor, but I think that the atmosphere would be more enjoyable if the decor was restored to its original luster. Maybe call the rehab addict.
