We LOVE the food!! The staff is amazing! Well priced and a variety of items to choose from. There’s a ton of pros and only a few minor cons (only payment method is cash and sometimes the inside wait time can be a little lengthy). These things are far outweighed by the yummy food though! If you’re looking for the best hamburger steak you’ve ever had, look no further!! You’re at the right place.

Clean fast fresh cooked food damn good food too. Best spot in all of Iva wow! Well deserved ⭐️z Double cheese burger plate meat cooked to perfection. Burger is never sloppy looking like that other place(s) down the street. I recommend eating here if you don’t want your tummy to hurt or want hot fresh food YUMMY! In town for a couple of days on Lake Secession with the family. Looking for a dinner I did not have to cook myself and stumbled upon this location. Showed up at 6:50 pm to be greeted kindly. Food was great! My husband and I shared a Philly cheesesteak that was excellent. Onion rings were fried to perfection. My daughters had the cheese burger and chicken melt with frozen fries. The sandwiches were excellent and the fries were decent. My husband also ordered wings which were hot and crispy! The coleslaw was fantastic. Great prices, great service, great food! Then to top it off, my daughter and I tried to split and banana split… omg! You can not go wrong with this!!! So so so overwhelmingly good!!!

The Eatin’ Place has the best breakfasts in Iva! And the servers are very nice! If you are needing breakfast in Iva, this is the place to go! If you can find them open? They shut the grill down at 7:30 PM, so get your order in by 7 PM!

Great food, , great service. Next time in town I will go back. I want to try more things. The cheeseburger and hand cut fries off the chart. It was close to closing time and the food was fresh and service was great with a smile .

Im leaving 5 stars cause the food and service was amazing. I did leave a large tip for the waitress/cook and they said they don’t get it because it was done electronically so management keeps it. I’m going to call back in a week and find out. They better get their tip or I will file a dispute with my bank. That tip was meant for the server not management!
