UPDATE: We’ve been back here quite a few times. Food has always been great, and chicken salad on croissant with side of pasta salad is still my favorite. They also have lots of tasty desserts — cookies, cakes, dessert bars, etc. (selection changes daily).

We stopped here while passing through driving home from vacation. The place is a little small, but don’t let that deter you. The sandwiches were enormous and tasted really good. They have a fair variety to choose from so everyone in the family can find something to enjoy.

Happened to be in the area and read about this spot on Facebook – definitely lived up to the hype! I would recommend everything I got (french dip & cream of mushroom soup) but HIGHLY recommend the oatmeal cream pie. SO good! Will be back next time I’m around Summerville!

Wanted to like this place. But they made it hard. Started with cashier handing us cups after grabbing the rims. Then the music was extremely loud and tuned to a local radio station instead of a no commercial source. We had to try 3 tables until we found one that was sturdy. The food came arrived about 15 minutes after we ordered it. We only ordered a salad and a quiche. And the flys. There were more than you would find in an outside restaurant. This place could be great with just a little TLC.

My husband and I enjoyed a wonderful lunch here. The food was terrific, the service even better and the prices are a steal. I enjoyed the French Dip Sandwich & the D’Anjou Pear & Warm Goat Cheese salad – highly recommend both. I will absolutely return to this terrific establishment on our next visit to Summerville.

Nice place, the food was really good. I ordered Tuscan chicken panini with chicken rice and vegetable soup. My husband ordered grilled cheese with bacon and buffalo chicken soup. And my kids split eclectic chicken gyro which came with pasta salad or potato salad. We picked pasta salad. I think my husband’s soup was better… the buffalo chicken and I liked his sandwich and the kids sandwich better than mine. The pasta salad has a balsamic vinaigrette hint to it. The prices were not too expensive about $8 each item and they take military discounts so all together was about $35 with two soft drinks. I also bought four cake pops the chocolate kind. it wasn’t chocolate inside the chocolate was only outside the inside to me tasted like cookie dough I didn’t really care for it. I had better cake pops elsewhere. FYI they have a changing table in the bathroom which is really nice if you have little kids.
