By far, the best meal I have had in Disney! Especially because our waitress Taryn was phenomenal! She was friendly and very efficient and made great recommendations. The atmosphere is amazing, the decor feels like you are in a museum! We started with delicious Espresso Martini’s. Then we had the spinach dip and chips, and the chips were like no others! We had the Edison burgers and chicken sandwich. Both delicious to the last bite! Looking forward to coming back on our next visit. Tell your friends, so worth it!

We loved absolutely everything about the Edison! The food was fantastic. The service was amazing. And the restaurant atmosphere is fun in and of itself. We lucked out and were able to catch the beginning of live entertainment on a Thursday evening that simultaneously broadcasts on the radio, and they were fantastic. The burgers were delicious, with some of the best meat I’ve had in a while. You absolutely cannot go wrong with the caramel cheesecake either.

A 20/30s industrial styled restaurant. Known to be a craft cocktail styled restaurant and bar. Caters to adults but kids are welcome. A level 2 sommelier runs the bar and routinely creates unique and new cocktails. Highly enjoyable.

Loved the prohibition era theming! The food was good, temperature wise things could of been hotter, kind of ruined the flavor. Had the infamous grilled cheese which was good but I could of been better. The tomato soup tasted nice as well.

Fathers day dinner was a relaxing time. Great theme. It was really quiet which was off, I was expecting some music. Food was very good although a somewhat limited menu, which tells me they specialize in what they offer. We had the roasted chicken and salmon. Both were cooked perfectly. Sides are lacking, but our waiter was nice enough to bring some extra small potatoes. We had the smoked old fashion drinks, which were perfect.

The ambiance of this place is nice. The back patio deck views are beautiful! Singer was good. Played a few short sets while we were there. Post modern jukebox type songs. Current songs done in the older style. We started with cocktails, which were both good, and the electri-fries. They were good but I though was very expensive for what we got. Essentially fries, sauce drizzle, bacon and Parm for 16 bucks. Our main courses were better. I got the short rib and mashed potatoes and my boyfriend got the burger. Both were good. The short rib was VERY flavorful and I enjoyed it a lot! All in all, this place is a bit expensive but it’s worth trying out.

I have always wanted to eat here every time i came to Disney springs. Finally did. Food was delicious! My only complaint was for the cost of a mixed drink id have thought to taste a bit more of the alcohol in it. Felt like i was just drinking juice with0% alcohol. Our server was very nice and attentive. We came early do it calm and not much entertainment happening.
