Just entering this restaurant immediately sets the tone for a neighborly, friendly and “sunrise” type environment where coffee is the best merely because your servers aren’t servers – they are foodies who love people. You can’t find that beautiful country breakfast setting anywhere else in the area. It is truly fantastic food! They say when food is made with love, you can taste it. They sure do love what they do there and the food reflects it! This isn’t your typical breakfast restaurant, this is a southern paradise. ♡

I wish I could give it 10 stars. The food was on point. Crab cake Benedict, apple cinnamon pancakes and steak skillet. Our server Amy was fast, efficient and pleasant. We even enjoyed the chairs. A wonderful end to a short vacation for us.

Came on a Friday morning got seated quickly, about $15-$20 p/p great service, coffee was hot, breakfast was delicious! Will be coming back. Driven by many times, I thought it was more of Waffle House type of place or mom

Food was amazing! But our server was terrible! Never brought us silverware or gave us refills. We had to keep asking other servers for drinks and silverware. I recommend the restaurant just not that particular waitress. Also none of them wear name tags so it’s hard to say who it was. She didn’t tell us her name.

We go for breakfast almost weekly. we drive from nearly 40 miles away because it’s awesome. The place is clean, the waitresses are awesome and always smiling, and have always been more than willing to accommodate any request.

Delicious food and great service. Super cute place. I had the avocado toast with 2 eggs. My husband had the French toast and sausage. Great food!

1st visit here for us & had high expectations after seeing so many 5 star reviews for this restaurant. We were definitely not impressed, though. We ordered a kale/apple juice, coffee, avocado toast, eggs over easy, biscuits & gravy, potatoes, scrambled eggs, & bacon. The best thing was the kale/apple juice. Everything else was just “okay”. Not planning on going back.

This place knows their egg dishes and is not afraid to try something different. It’s a breath of fresh air for that area. I loved how influence of different regions are incorporated into their dishes.

The Egg has the best breakfast in Fort Smith. For about $13 each, we had this amazing food, great service, and nice atmosphere. I tried the Mediterranean Frittata and hubs had the Tuscan scramble. Both were as delicious as the my look in the photo!
