Delicious!!!Tried something new and I was not disappointed. Crab Cake Benedict with dressed greens. Everything was fresh. Egg and I has upgraded their menu and it is a nice change. I have always enjoyed eating breakfast here. The one thing that matters the most for breakfast to me is having fresh hot coffee, and they never miss the mark.

Servers seemed nice. Ours wasn’t bad. The hostess/cashier seemed a little aloof but she was not rude. Food portions were huge and they have a couple of fresh juice options that were pretty tasty. I’d go again

The food is consistent in both quality and quantity. Service is outstanding, great tasting coffee. Price is a little on the high side compared to other restaurants of this type. I would go there more often if the price structure was more competitive. This is more of a treat for me then a destination point

Egg and I is now STACKS I liked this restaurant when it was EGG AND I, but now that it is STACKS I love the menu a little more. I had raisin toast, hot chocolate and I can never remember the name of the omelette but it has artichoke, tomatoes, some type of pesto, comes with either hash browns, grits, or pancakes. I love hash browns, probably should have had the grits but the point is with a side of bacon I may have paid $18, for some this is steep but understand that some places this same plate is $25-30…. You ask where you’d be surprised. I like to order what I can’t have at home so any meal should be different from what I’d cook.

I enjoyed the food, but the efficiency is not the best. To be fair, my order was called in takeout and not a dine in. I was told 20 minutes, but waited another 15 upon arrival. The restaurant didn’t seem particularly busy, but the kitchen staff apparently was still behind. I’m new to the area so I’ll try them again as a dine in patron then update my review if the service is better.

My first visit. Has an interesting menu, perhaps I should have ordered a regular item, but I ordered one of the specials which was mediocre. Restaurant has no ambience. Staff relatively attentive and pleasant. However, when you order coffee they place a carafe of coffee on the table which they never check on, so coffee isn’t hot after about the second cup.

I would not recommend coming to this place, I placed a to go order at 9:30 and the young lady said it would be a 20-25 wait. I came in at 10:10 and the young man could not find my order, and he called another lady and she found my order, so they had me pay I asked if it was done and they said yes. So… 15 minutes go by and my food has not come up at all. So, at this point I just ask for a refund because I gave them a hour of my time and they could not get my food out. I have a feeling my order was never even put in until I came in to pick it up, I am so frustrated because I am in the middle of traveling so I thought I’d have breakfast but nope they ruined that along with my entire morning! DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE
