Food Truck Friday success! I purchased the pork sandwich with Mac-n-cheese and they were delicious. Let’s talk about the sauce. Thin, sweet, just the right amount of tang with the acid and some heat at the end. The sandwich was full of meat and whoever Sandy is, she knows how to make Mac-n-cheese. I can’t wait to eat here again so I can try the ribs.

My husband and I ordered a pork plate with mac&Cheese and coleslaw, A rib plate with baked beans and potato salad and also a rib dog. Every bit of our food was delicious! We both tried all we ordered and everything was seasoned and yummy! No complaints or suggestions the people running the truck are friendly as well. Don’t pass up on this truck:)

I tried them at the Bluebells Christmas market earlier today. I got the ribs and the burnswick stew and O M G I have NEVER in my life been fully and 100% satisfied with a restaurants’ ribs before. The meat is juicy but not dripping, easily falls off the bone while u eat it and not all over the place! I cannot give the BBQ sauce any justice with just words it was SO AMAZING. Then the stew was so flavorful! The texture was wonderful, the spices were wonderful and just, honestly, I cannot give enough praise to everyone who cooked this food. An excellent chef
