Initial Impressions: This place is a little hidden away behind a very, VERY busy coffee shop so hard to get to. But it is clean and inviting. Friendly. The food is good. Very good. Wine and Beer at reasonable prices. But be aware that the prices of the food are not displayed, you have to open your phone look up the menu there are ask about each item. A little time consuming. However, did I mention the food is good. There are no public restrooms, so be aware of this. Not such a problem if you are young but I am not so this was an issue for eating in, so we did not. Overall, we took our items to go, it worked out well. I highly recommend the dessert Empanada’s very very tasty!

I love this place. We came for a “mom date” away from kids and fell in love with vibe in here. The food is absolutely exceptional as it is baked instead of fried. I highly recommend giving this little shop a try.

This place is SO GOOD. The staff is so friendly and nice and the food slaps every time. The empanadas are stuffed to the brim with filling making it the perfect ratio of filling to pasty. Would recommend this place to anyone.

Very cute and delicious! Great lunch spot. I brought my dad here and it was his first empanada experience. We both really liked what we ordered and sauce that came with them. The owner brought us out a dessert apple empanada to try as well. And the front counter service was great! Thank you for the great experience, we’ll be back soon!

Slightly concealed location but a lovely place for casual drinks and dine-in with friends. The owner and the host were extremely friendly and attentive. They would smile to you, telling you stories of this place, their Empanadas, and the related Argentina food culture.

I love empañadas, especially since tasting the real deal during our visit to Buenos Aires over a decade ago. Since then I have sampled every empañada available, mostly with disappointing results. That is, until I tasted the traditional empañada at The Empañada Club in Meridian. It was the real deal! As good as it was, I actually liked the carne picante slightly more (#2 on the menu), because I like some spice. At $4-5 apiece, you can afford to experiment.

The Empanada Club is our absolute favorite place to eat in the area! My husband lived in Argentina for years and in his opinion, this is the most authentic and the closest thing you can get to the real deal in Argentina. The empanadas are always fresh and delicious. The service and staff however, are somehow even better than the food! We are always greeted the second we walk through the door. We came here once every few weeks while I was pregnant with our son and once he was born, they even gave us a few free empanadas and they always ask how he is doing. You won’t find kinder people than those who work here.

Very authentic empanadas and Argentinian pastries. The staff was very courteous and service prompt. This restaurant is very clean with an inviting atmosphere. The empanadas come with a number baked on it to identify the stuffing. Highly recommended.
