My grandson and I started with the steak bites and cheese curds. Wonderful! He had the mystery tenders, and I had dry rub wings. Very good! Our server took good care of us. If you haven’t been, you need to stop in.

Terrible service. Stood in front to be seated no one came. Most sections were closed. We Tried to get the bartenders attention, he blew us off. We finally just sat down at one of the tables. Which has Napkins and Silverware clearly a table that food should be served to. Finally the bartender looked at us, from the bar, and asks what we want. Just waters, we weren’t even served we had to keep going to the bar. Another 10 minutes no one came, finally went back to the bar to order. They never brought out our apps. After 30 minutes we got all the food at once. Cheese curds were cold. They never brought the bill we had to keep trying to find someone. It was overpriced too. Don’t advertise as a restaurant if you don’t serve people.

Visited on a Tuesday around 7 pm. Arrived and the bar was pretty full with regulars/locals. The bartender did not greet us. Had to order drinks at the bar and bring them to our table, then had to look up menu online and order from the bar. Eventually we moved from the table to the bar in hopes of getting more service. I was never asked if I wanted another drink, and my husband had to make eye contact with the bartender then raise his hand to even be acknowledged with an empty glass in front of him. When the food did eventually come it was okay. Because the bartender had us on different tabs our groups food did not come out at the same time. The bartender never asked how the food was I think if he would have checked on us and if I could have gotten a side of ranch or any sauce it might have been better but we were never asked how things were. Very disappointing experience especially since one of our former favorite bartenders now owns this restaurant. I hope that it was because we visited on a Tuesday and that if we came on a different night the service would have been better.

The Empourium was the perfect location for our bridal shower today. Great space, fabulous food and very attentive staff. Katee was wonderful to work with and very responsive while we were planning. Our guests had so many compliments about the food! Very reasonable prices to hold an event.
