I’m a big fan of food hall style places and this place was great! I love that they’re open late and have a few different options for everyone. Tacos and Tequilas had a few options that were gluten free!

A few different business on site. Setup so that different people of the dame party can go to different businesses for food and/or drink. I’ve been to 3 business here and enjoyed all 3. Great place to sit back and get a drink.

Since it’s in old town, parking is a problem. Ended up parking in the garage nearby, which is fine. Every time I go to the Exchange, it’s so busy you can’t find a table. Good selection of places to eat. The wine folks with the upstairs deck were rude in how they told us we couldn’t sit up there – there should be a sign on the stairs that patrons of the wine place are the only ones allowed to sit up there.

A great place to spend time with friends and your furry one. A good variety of different drink and eatery establishments even. A little pricey but worth it for the convenience.

Really great spot for food! Lots of options and places to sit. Even in the cold, there is a tent and some fire pits, all right in the heart of downtown. I had an Italian Flatbread sandwich and later came back for some ice cream.

Stopped by to meet some friends for a couple of drinks and quick bite. It was a quiet week night so not much happening.

The Exchange has something for everyone! Variety of restaurants, an awesome ice cream shop, a distillery, a brewery, and room for kids to play. Great concept and great place!

I remember visiting this place when the little brewery existed in the corner of the parking lot, and a waffle food truck stood in the parking spaces. How differently it is now. I miss that brewery. And it’s cool that the waffle place is back. This area has morphed over the years. The recycled shipping containers give an ambiance of urban decor that is cool. The miniature golf place always has tasty drinks. The restaurant attached to it is yummy with their salads and beers on tap. The salted Oreo ice cream in the middle is to die for. This really is a fun place they even really like it when the panini place serves their mulled wine on the chili days that is the best. Where else can parents go and get tipsy while their kids run around, oh wait, this is Fort Collins. We can go everywhere. Just kidding.

Great family spot with food and drinks. The food was more snacks than full meals.
