I had a fabulous sweet 16 for my daughter at The Factory! The staff was extremely helpful, the venue was so clean and perfect in every way. It was absolutely spectacular. All of my guests were very impressed and also comfortable as they had their own space to lounge and party!! This lady who was behind the bar decided to unplug the ENTIRE DJ system at 8:13 as the DJ was telling the guests to get home safe. …. the party was supposed to be over at 8pm …. there was NOOOO grace period ….. SHE SIMPLY UNPLUG THE SOUND !!!! … Very subpar Customer Service !!! I would NEVVVVVVER have a party at that location EVER !!!

My name is Dau’d Thompson member of Nassau-Suffolk Alumni Chapter of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity. We hosted a Christmas Toy Drive at the Factory in December of 2022. I had the best experience ever working with the Factory and their dynamic, most helpful manager Sherlett Hilton. Sherlett was the absolute best person assigned to ensure our event was a success. She went out of her way to make sure we were totally satisfied with the event outcome and services provided. Sherlette is to be commended for the excellent support she provided that made our first Christmas Toy Drive a memorable event. Hi I recently attended a birthday celebration at The Factory and was extremely disappointed. The establishment was very cold and made me feel so uncomfortable, that I had to keep on my full length coat for the time that I was there. I also was not able to enjoy the food because of the frigid temperatures inside the establishment. I unfortunately elected to leave the venue after only being there for one hour. One tip of advice is to retreat to the bathroom it was the warmest area in the entire place.

The space is beautiful the only big problem is the workers . I never been in a place where you still have 30min left and they kicking you out . Is very pricey and service is bad .

Warning! Do not book this place. They will take your money and leave you celebrating your event in the cold! My one year hands were freezing! Our children and elderly parents were dancing with their coats on and later caught a cold due to the frigid temperature. That was not right !

If you’re having an event The Factory is hands down the place to go everything was easy for my family and they have a wonderful woman named Sherlett who helped make the planning and execution of this event flawless she made sure all the details for our event were taken care of and we couldn’t have been happier with the results this place is amazing and I definitely look forward to doing business with them in the future.
