This is my first visit and I arrived around 10:30 AM so they were still serving breakfast. I ended up choosing a sausage, egg and cheese biscuit, which was very good. It’s better than any fast food biscuit.

We always look for somewhere unique in our travels. I happened upon this place on the map and we went for it. It was the right choice! Greeted by a super friendly woman, who I believe may have been the owner. You can definitely tell it’s a local favorite spot as everyone comes in, sits, gets a drink and heads to the buffet. Cozy seating!!

I’m so glad we just happened to be passing by Newton Grove when we were starving. This place is a GEM! It’s cozy and decorated in a rustic country style and was decorated so beautifully for the holidays! The food was delicious… especially the baked apples and homemade biscuits. The servers were very friendly and attentive. I would definitely recommend this bakery/restaurant.

The food and atmosphere here are amazing. I met Mrs.Sherry this morning and she is the nicest person I’ve ever met. She made me feel the most welcome I have ever felt in a restaurant in my life. The food didn’t need anything added to it. Not even a pinch of salt. I will definitely be going back here often.

Awesome country Breakfast place..stopped by on our way from Raleigh to Wilmington beach and this is a gem of a place not too far off from I40 exit…great food, awesome atmosphere and lovely people. Will keep coming.

Heard good things but was not impressed when I went. Was seated in the back and took 10 minutes for someone to even come back there to take a drink order. Buffet is very limited in selection as it is not a very big restaurant(not their fault). Some of the sides were very good. Meat selections were very, very over seasoned. Overall was ok and will give breakfast a try, but probably not go back for lunch. Would chose meadow buffet first.
