KILGORE, TEXAS WOW!! Is all I can say. Alice & Avery are the dynamic duo team at this location. Alice talked me right into buy one of their every speacial they had & I don’t regret it. I can’t explain it, but it’s sooooo worth the try. It’s called a brisket pie …I will suggest one thing, DON’T just buy 1. You’re going to be upset at yourself (ME) that you didn’t buy more. It probably would help the community out a ton to put “CASH ONLY” as a big sign in the front where Joel also has the “Drive-Thru only” sign. Of course for days only that this happens; so that customers don’t wait or waste time in line just to get up to the window to be a very small sign that reads “Cash ONLY”.

I love coming to this place. The staff is nice and the food is amazing. I recommend the pepper jack Earl Campbell kolache out of everything on the menu. I’d rate them a little higher if they were open more often but recently, they’ve been closed the past couple of times I’ve stopped in which is a shame because this is a fantastic establishment and I love giving them my business.

This little place is a hidden gem in Kilgore! Fresh food made to order. Donuts in the morning along with various breakfast sandwiches. Delicious. The lunch has burgers, sandwiches, and the catfish is awsome. Real French fries! Your tummy will be happy! And your wallet. Easy prices. Friendly service. Can’t beat it.
