Great place. A little pricey but portions were decent service was great Our server Ced took care of us and happily took the Conch fritters off our check because they were not cooked fully. Fun to people watch, NO PARKING pay a meter or find a pay lot.

My friends and I stopped in for dinner because a guy in the street highly recommended it. And my best friend has gone there for years. The shrimp and fish baskets are good quantity, and the entrées are pretty large since they come with two sides. I got the coconut shrimp (Amazing), which comes with a succulent sauce made from ginger, lemon, jalapeño, and something else that made it taste like a tangy, but sweet Curry. The hush puppies were AMAZING!

We just finished a nice dinner at the Fish House. I got the blackened mahi and unfortunately it was thin and dry. But the manager understood and took it off our bill which was very nice and I appreciated that.

Been there twice in the last few days. Great food, great staff and relaxing. Our daughter and grandson thoroughly enjoyed it. And, a friend of ours who just arrived to stay with us in FMB also loved it. No MSG in the food which is a healthy bonus . No need to call 911

This place has a great location and a cool layout and design. The food was good, but not great. The best feature is that it wasn’t packed full of people so, no wait. If you want a cool seafood place with average food, this is your spot.

We tried The Fish House a second time thinking we might have prejudged the first experience. Unfortunately we hadn’t. We ordered a appetizer and simple cod fish sandwich. The appetizer was oily and fishy tasting. Our Cod sandwich was a frozen fish with horrible homemade tartar. Our sweet potato fries were undone and had no seasoning. The food came out fast because it’s all frozen. If you would like a good Cod fish, we recommend the fast food restaurant ” Culvers “. It isn’t on the beach but well worth the price. Unfortunately the restaurants on the beach are mostly overrated and you pay for the atmosphere, not the food.

Try The Fish House for a beer or a steak (the steak was by far the best thing served at our table), and a friendly, upbeat atmosphere near Times Square, but if you’re looking for great, fresh, local seafood, or consistent standards in food preparation, there are many better options. Hot blue crab and shrimp dip was tasty but indistinguishable from any dip prepared with canned crab. The Grouper Reuben proved inedible. Fish was extremely dry and over fried, toppings mediocre and flavorless. When there is such an abundance of wonderful local seafood available, and it’s so easily nicely prepared, this place was very disappointing.

5/5 stars. We had Jenny as a waitress. She was quick and efficient in our drink and food orders. Our appetizer was the Bam Bam Shrimp, followed by entrees of Stuffed Grouper with Red Parsley potatoes and Coleslaw as well as the Jamaican Jerked Grouper. The fish was fresh, really quite affordable for the amount of food and they had a great amount of choices on the menu.
