I had the catfish with medium heat, greens (best I’ve ever had) and Mac and cheese.

Came for some hot chicken and I loved it! I tried the medium because they say the medium is hot (I love hot, don’t get me wrong but I have had too hot plenty of times.) And it was hot and really enjoyable! I think I’ll bump it up to hot next time though. (Because that’s who I am.)

Awesome hot wings, whiting and tenders! Medium is hot, hot is pretty hot, a dry rub, cooked perfectly, tasty and tender, and a great side of turnip greens. Staff is all really friendly and nice, excellent place to get your hot chicken!

First time finally being able to eat here. It was great! Loved the flavor of everything! Made me think of my grandma’s home cooked meals growing up. My husband decided to get the medium wings and catfish and immediately understood why our server tried to tell him to get mild if he didn’t like hot hot stuff. I got mild and it still had a little kick but it was a much appreciated kick of spice. They hand grind all the spices and make everything in house, even the sauces. We will DEFINITELY be back for more! Our server was amazing also. Loved the hospitality!

Step away from the tourist traps and get some real food at The Flaming Rooster! The baked beans are unmatched anywhere. Also recommend the greens and the Mac and cheese. Don’t play with the heat levels on that chicken…. .

First of all, the customer service is amazing. They are super interactive and keep checking on their customers. The food is AMAZING. Being from NYC, where you can find any kind of food; they win the best dry rub wings on my book. I had their HOT level wings and it’s a 10/10. The staff warned me few times that it’s hot hot but I still wanted to give it a try out of curiosity. Potato salad was great as well. The Nashville style shrimp was also 10/10. My friend order their tenders and coleslaw and he also loved his food. Definitely recommend everyone to visit them.

My husband has been working in Tennessee and has raved about this place for months so we tried it last time we visited. When they tell you their food is spicy, you better listen. My husband sweats with the Sprinkle level. I ordered medium bc I love heat. This was most definitely the hottest medium I’ve ever had. But WOW it was delicious. It wasn’t hot for the sake of being hot. It was *delicious* for the sake of being delicious with a lot of heat thrown in. I ordered fish and chicken with baked beans. We ordered a side of French fries to share. And their kool-aid tea was surprisingly good. Everything was hot, delicious, spicy as hell and unbeatable. The service was also excellent. I can’t wait to go back. I might try the challenge. *might*

D***-fine Nashville hot fried chicken. I ate it only hours ago and am fantasizing about it again.

Unfortunately, this establishment was closed due to NO Staffing. I’ve heard so many great things about it and was looking forward to reviewing for my self. I don’t hold the owners responsibility but it doesn’t reflect good business INS 🙁

The best Nashville style chicken I’ve ever tried. Flavorful, spicy and crunchy! We went there after a day at the Rock City Gardens place and we wanted to eat some southern food. Definitely I’m glad we chose that place. We had the 10 piece meal with coleslaw, baked beans and mac and cheese on the side. Everything was delicious and tasty. I do recommend to order in advance if you’re doing take out. We had to wait over 30 minutes (they make the chicken on the spot) to get our order ready but thanks to Ran, our hostess, we didn’t bother the wait. She engaged with us all the time, apologized for the wait, offered us something to drink and also gave us a piece of chocolate cake for free. I can’t describe how decadent and mouthwatering the cake was. I you ever in the area I do recommend you stop in this little gem, you won’t be disappointed.
