I had the opportunity to travel to The Foundry to see Starset’s demonstration a few years ago. When we walked in we were immediately in love with the atmosphere. There is a couch and board games, arcade, and wall of Starset, tour, and music memorabilia. We got the Foundry Burger and it was HUGE for the price. The burgers and fries were great, and the ranch was better than outback. If we lived closer we’d definitely be regulars. My kids really love Starset too, so at some point we’re going to make a family trip up so they can get the full experience, minus the concert, for themselves as well.

The bartender/ waitress was amazing. Her name was Kayla. She was very sweet and personable. The cook whose name I didn’t get was also very good. Our order was perfectly cooked, with very little wait time. Decent prices and great atmosphere. Definitely will be going back!

On a Monday, we stopped for an early afternoon appetizer and beer. The pierogis were very good. The draft beer selection was marginal and the service was barely acceptable. There was one other couple and one person at the bar and we waited 15 minutes to have our order taken.

Absolutely horrible customer service. Have been ordering here for a year. They were great for 6 months. Then they got a new cook, and the food is wrong every single time. The staff either argues with you and basically tells you to go to hell or you still walk out with the wrong order and no refund or an apology. Also when my spouse went back to their establishment to return a wrong order, the bartender asked everyone who was sitting at the bar area if anyone was hungry and would like our food that we were returning. Mind you I had already taken it home and taken a bite of my food. The health department needs to crack down on this place

@saraP get out of here, this establishment has been nothing but fantastic. Sure every now and then orders either get mixed up or something gets missed but they’re the busiest best bar in Salem. Respectably they don’t need your business if you’re going to bring down these hard working people trying to provide everyone the best service
