I’ve been to the Freight House a few times. The food was good each time, save the chili fries with watery chili. They were a mess. The pizza is very good.

The effort was less than ambitious. I ordered the steak burger with fries, but apparently, when ordering the burger with fries, the burger comes without flavor. It’s steak, no flavor? I do not eat steak or any kind of steak burger with condiments, but this time, I had no choice. The chili nachos however, were delicious. That is why I give the Freight House the 2nd star. On a side note, the male host was nice. He seemed to care. He mentioned that the Philly steak was probably the best sandwich there. He talked with my 2 year old when he would see how we were doing. I’m sure it was an off night, A fluke have you, but I more than likely will not go back.

The pirogues tasted like a noodle boiled in water. No seasoning the filling inside the pirogue didn’t taste like anything. The servers were really inexperienced. On the other hand the pizza had really good flavor but it was so thin you couldn’t even do the fold in half trick to keep it from being to floppy. I had to eat my pizza with a fork…. And the menu is very very limited. It’s pretty much a sandwich and pizza place that serves about 10 Appetizers and a couple salads.

I just recently worked there and they have inexperienced servers its probably two that do their job correctly! And they are unorganized with no management and THEY DONT PAY THEIR EMPLOYEES! They gave me a typed up pay stubbed and they claimed my tips for me when they have a micros system that accumulates all that
