Its decent hoagie wise , nothing to write home about . Nothing to really say about , it appears to be a store made roll and I believe that’s where the let down started for me . But the ingredients were fresh and that wasn’t missed . The roll is just more important for me .

Wow been coming here forever! Just ordered a cheesesteak hoagie and cheesesteak with raw and extra fried onions..no onions or tomatoes on cheesesteak hoagie,just mushy lettuce on bottom! No onions on other..looks like finding new place..called and said..oh sorry? Then hung up on me! Really not bring back or fix? Bummer

The girl working the counter was very ignorant & miserable. People like that make me sick you shouldn’t work somewhere where you’re not happy at. It’s not nobody’s fault she looks like that or/& that nobody loves her. I should of smacked her in her mouth but people are co callers nowadays & my son was with me. They need to have someone that is polite , respectful & friendly. She charged me for a soda that I WALKED IN WITH!! THE STEAK WAS NOT THE WAY I ORDERED IT. I WON’T BE COMING BACK HERE AGAIN!

Been coming here since they opened and it was always good… Now it’s absolutely awful they can’t seem to get the order right ever probably because they are to busy on their phones the manager is very unprofessional… Check your order before you leave and if they deliver it be prepared to have to call about it it’s ashame how far downhill they went.. ohh and hoagies don’t come with toppings unless you ask then that’s a SANDWICH my guy…

ordered at 6 to have my food picked up at 7:15 and nothing was ready or started, went in and there are about 5 employees on their phone or just standing there. a girl at the register asks me if she can help me and i tell her i’m there to pick up an order, she looks at the order rack then just goes to the cook area and says nothing, she goes on her phone and just starts talking to the cooks and doesn’t give me any update, i stand there for 10 minutes and ask how long it would take, they tell me the burger will take a bit longer. no one’s wearing gloves. after i get home i see the second sandwich isn’t right.

The staff was really nice, they have the best rolls they are the harder type but a nice buttery flavor with fluffy inside. I think the sizes are like 5”, 10” for half, and 20” for full. There was good parking out front and the service was nice and fast! Last time we had them I ordered for a party of 20 and the people answering the phones helped me figure out every little thing I needed.

Used to be 5 stars. Severely went downhill since. Wings are usually undercooked with little to no sauce. The chicken cheesesteaks have black meat from a dirty grill. Needs to go back to the way it was 7-10 years ago.
