This chicken is AMAZING! Please be aware the menu does not have accurate prices. I always ask the prices (it is just a few dollars more) when I order, and they do add on a small fee when using your debit or credit card. That being said, I have never had a bad order! The chicken is always hot, tasty, and even under priced in my opinion. They run out of chicken because of their popularity, and it’s like any food truck in a bigger city. When the food is gone, it’s gone. They don’t customarily cook more just because you ask. They are working on a budget just like any other small restaurant and can’t lose profits. The chicken sandwiches are so YUMMY, but they do have a limited amount. The fish sandwich is just as good too. If you don’t go right before the lunch or dinner rush, you may not get to purchase. REMEMBER: they do not make to order. They serve what they have and when it’s gone, IT’S GONE. They do not speak any English, but understand when you order perfectly. The trip to Edinburg if you don’t live here is way worth what you get and pay for. Excellent food!!

So let me first start off by saying this is good fried chicken. I found it better than churchs and KFC by a Longshot and the price is way better. If I’m basing this review on taste and price alone it would be 5 stars. The reason for it being 3 stars is the fact that my family are not huge dark meat eaters. We enjoy fried chicken breast. On the menu it clears sells by the piece and we saw the 8 PC breast for 18 dollars. Hey what a buy!!!! When we went to order it they told us they couldn’t sell us what we ordered because they only had 4 pieces. It was 5 o clock mind you the dinner rush about to start.. my husband asks if they could make more we would wait.. they said no. That they were not making more.. hours of operation say close at 9.. there was plenty of time. I’m not sure what happened.. if it was that they had no more in their stocked freezers that they went to look at a couple of times or if they just didn’t want to sell to my husband for whatever reason… idk.. we will try again because the food really was great the taste is great the crunch was great.. maybe I’ll just call ahead next time.. hopefully it works out better next time.
