PB and North Park locations feature poor service. It’s basically owned and run by mostly sad, dull and very vanilla punks. They should rename it The Unfriendly. Now onto the food. The hamburger is very good and for seven dollars, it’s a step above In-N-Out. Going into this establishment knowing that the poor service will always be there…the hamburger makes up for some of it. What makes it cute is that even have a sign that sort of states the poor service. I actually think they get off to it.

The new standard for which I’ll now compare all future burgers. I don’t usually get too excited about burgers, but the dirty flat top burger was so good, with crispy edges on the outside yet still keeping a delicious juice flowing out, that I won’t soon forget it. The fries and onion rings were also crispy and delicious with bonus points for a homemade ranch with a cracked pepper zing. 5/5 experience through and through, highly recommend

DO NOT EAT HERE. dirtiest place i’ve ever been too and it smelt foul inside. there was hair in our food. the staff was very rude. i will pray on the downfall of this place everyday. also wouldn’t let me order a burger without cheese. DO NOT EAT HERE IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR WELL BEING!

Would love to give 5 stars. If you don’t have any food allergies – great. If you do, specially dairy, don’t even bother. You’re in for an extremely disappointing experience. Their best selling burger – dirty flatop – for whatever unknown reason cannot be made without cheese. As someone with food allergies this is absolutely ridiculous. Went with some friends to the other location as was told by the staff they can make the dirty flatop in PB without cheese. Drove all the way here & honestly will never be back. I’m not vegan, not against cows, simply cannot eat dairy and this was a real soul crusher. Great job ruining food dreams.

Stopped by here to try it out. Ordered 3 Double Smash Burgers (Dirty Burgers). We wanted a vegetarian option for one person, but they don’t even have a simple salad. Anyways, the Burgers where overly salty, and so where the frys. The place is a hole in the wall, which I don’t mind but at least have some music on or a TV or something. They have no condiments, only ketchup packets. I love the dive theme but this is literally a dive. A few upgrades or just being concerned would go a long way.

Dirty flattop burger was one of the best burgers I’ve ever had and I am a very picky eater. Fries were good too. I was surprised because I wasn’t expecting the burger to be that good. Omg just writing this review putting a smile on my face. The cook that was there on 3/11/23 did that!!!!

The food was great, not good, freaking great! At the end of the meal I was full but wanted to order another burger just because it tasted so good. The service was awesome too. Some really nice guys here. My biggest surprise was the prices though. This place is so much more affordable than every other fast casual restaurant like the habit or five guys. You could probably get almost two meals here for the price of one at five guys. I will be returning definitely. If I lived near there I would gain so much weight from pounding burgers everyday
