The food and service were phenomenal! They had plenty of vegan options and they were very careful about food allergies. There was no wait and the servers were very warm and friendly. The decor was nice as well. My only complaint is it was a bit pricey for breakfast. There is absolutely no need for a breakfast burrito to be 17 dollars. I’d say give the place a try but be cognizant of your breakfast budget. Again, the food was yummy though.

We loved our food. The flight of mimosas was really good. The chicken and waffles taste great. My husband loved the pancakes and eggs. He said the eggs was fluffy and tasty. The wait wasn’t too long we had reservations but was running a little late. They don’t seat your entire party down until everyone is there. Didn’t mind the little wait because we knew it was busy cause of Taylor Swift concert lol.

We usually check out the Friendly Toast for breakfast or brunch, but they have a for menu all day. For many years we had to choice between Kendall Square or Portsmouth, NH- but they e expanded and it’s a lot easier to find one around. The interior is classic kitsch and fun to scan the walls for oddities.

Loved the vibe of this place! Really nice for brunch. Food was tasty and on the pricey side but worth your buck especially if you’re celebrating. Only reason it’s not a 5/5 is that we put our name on the list, asked for an update after an hour, was told we were 2nd on the list, & ended up getting skipped. So we waited almost 2 hours, until someone asked us what we were waiting for lol. Our waitress was very kind.

This place is so cute and a great Massachusetts chain breakfast spot. The decor is super quirky. The staff was very friendly and able to accommodate my friend’s allergies. I got a donut breakfast sandwich. It was pretty good. I think next time I actually may get something more traditional to be honest, since it was just greasy and gooey.

The Friendly Toast never fails to disappoint. Their new location in Legacy Place was top-notch on all regards. Lots of new food options, same eclectic vibe. All their food has a unique zest – from the bread to the bagels to the bacon, everything tastes amazing! It’s only going to get busier here – if you’re gonna indulge, now is the time!

I ordered an Irish Benny with a side of sausage. This was the oiliest food I have ever been served! lt was so bad I only ate the side sausage and barely touched the eggs benedict, as the bread was soggy with butter/oil and the meat was not cooked thoroughly. I did have a very nice waitress who noticed that I didn’t touch my meal, and when I told her about how it was undercooked and saturated in oil, she had the manager come over and offer to make me something else. I decided to go with something safe, so I opted for a chocolate chip pancake. Somehow, this pancake was also incredibly oily and saturated! I have no idea what is going on in the kitchen, but if you look at the bad reviews for this restaurant they all complain about this issue. The menu is extremely overpriced; my single pancake was $9. (And the eggs benny with one side sausage was $20) This place is hyped up due to the brunch cocktail list they have but the food is awful. I think management did a good job trying to resolve my issue with the undercooked/oily food but seeing as both orders were too oily and the food here was not good, I would not recommend this place! To be honest, my stomach hurt for a little while after I ate here because of how heavy the food was….Do yourself a favor and go up the street to the 50s Diner or the Grateful Dedham Diner. Both are more affordable and have way better quality food!
