We came in for lunch (party of 7) after riding the train. It felt like it was everybody’s first day. Hostess sat us in the tightest booths. Waiter had very broken English so not sure if he understood everything we said and vice versa. He took forever. Hostess told us that they ran out of kid menus but to ask our waiter about kid options. Waiter told us there were no kid meal options and that they order from regular menu. However, table next to us has kids meals. Later he comes back and tells us that he just found out that there are kid meals. We had to ask for silverware and napkins, which he gave us 5 for 7 people. Food took a while to come out. My chicken sandwich was good but the fries were terrible. More than half of mine were super hard and crunchy like potato chips. Service was so slow. We kept hearing about how busy it was but the place was only half filled if that.

The worst service I have ever had! This place is so unorganized it’s insane! We were sat outside, 15 min goes by and no one! We go inside to ask to be sat at a booth thinking we would get service….. 15 min someone comes up and asks if we have been helped and he is sorry… we ordered right then…. 40 more minutes go by and nothing….. the wife gets up and see what is the problem and they have not even started! The place was not busy! 3 min later our food comes out and it’s sloppy and cold…. I asked for crispy bacon 2x and when it came out I wouldn’t even give it to my dog! They charged us full price still but that meant $0 tip

I came in with a couple of friends, we are from out of town but our waiter Hugo made us feel so welcome! He was so nice and gave us the best pointers on what to order off the menu! If we are ever back in the area we will for sure be back! Hugo deserves a raise! He was so genuine and nice to us and treated us with utmost respect just as guests should be treated! Excellent place, also the food was outstanding, order a burger…mine was fantastic!

Went for lunch after 1880 train ride. They were terribly disorganized. We got a table right away and that’s the only thing that was right away. They didn’t have menus available and no silverware wrapped. The servers didn’t seem to have any assigned tables, so we waited for both. The people at another table gave us their menus. We waited again until someone finally took our drink order and then we waited some more. In total we waited for 20 minutes before we got our drinks. Finally a server asked if someone had taken our order. Answer is nope. Asked for silverware but the server just walked away to submit our order. When he came back by our table I asked for silverware again. This time he got some and just set it in the middle of the table. Finally our order came. My husband had the Mountain Man and enjoyed it. My daughter enjoyed hers. My hamburger was good but the French fries left much to be desired. They looked more like oblong fried potatoes. They were cold and as hard as a rock. When we were finished, our server came and took our dirty dishes. And we waited some more. I finally asked someone else to refill our drinks and get our ticket. So unless you have all the time in the world and don’t mind waiting, this isn’t the place to go.

Great service. Pretty good food, husband said the dip sandwich was a bit bland. I had the grown up grilled cheese, it said it had bacon but it had chopped up pieces of thick ham type bacon which wasn’t very good. Sweet potato fries were really good.

I ordered the Buffalo burger with onion rings and Cole slaw. My friend had the mushroom & swiss, veggies and fries. Food received in a timely manor, large portions and everything tasted excellent.
