Nice venue. Igloos are NOT appropriate for small children, wires/cords/space heaters etc… 1 star review because we arrived 10 minutes late to a 4pm reservation- 4 adults and a 3 mos. old. Waiter came to introduce and give us time with the menu and never returned. After 20 minutes, we asked staff about our waiter, they didn’t say much or offer to help but told us someone would be over, and 30 minutes later, still nothing. We never ordered anything, no one came and we had a baby and finally just had to leave. **Terrible** service and certainly not worth sitting in a plastic tent, in the dark for.

This place is absolutely incredible. I came with two friends and we were able to book the igloo experience. The igloos were warm and cozy and the food and cocktails were absolutely delicious. All the employees we came in contact with were so welcoming (particularly Leon and Brandon) and I was highly impressed by the level of customer service. The resort itself has easily accessible parking. We were able to enjoy some desserts in the karaoke lounge downstairs after dinner as

The igloo was so much fun and very cozy!! The mansion has so much history and even secret passageways!! We stayed in the West Wing, the rooms are very nice with a private deck. The food and drinks were 5 star!! We will definitely be returning.

Not worth the money or time , you spend 300 a night at resort should have distant meals. Waitress didn’t bring our drinks for at least 20 minutes, which a margarita is in a small glass and cost 17 , and wasn’t made right . Food took at least 40 minutes to come out , Turkey sandwich taste like package Turkey not fresh and was burnt and I didn’t ask for it toasted . Mac and cheese 24 and it soggy and gross ! Don’t waste you’re money here. Go to the restaurant down the street. Horrible experience

My sisters and I had a wonderful experience in the Frost Bar igloo the other night for dinner! The food was delicious, service was great and the igloo was very comfortable and cozy. Anthony, our waiter, was pleasant, efficient and checked in on us at the right times. We got the Cape Cod Classic which included fabulous clam chowder served in cast iron type crocks; lobster salad rolls stuffed with big chunks of fresh lobster on a perfectly toasted warm bun and fun individual servings of Smores. The only thing I would add would be more chocolate for the Smores (there were plenty of hot marshmallows and graham crackers though). Next time, I’ll bring a few chocolate bars in my purse and also ask for directions on how to use the blue tooth speakers.

I wanted to love the experience from start to finish. But there were so many bad things. First off finding the place was a nightmare. Google maps takes you to the back side by the tennis courts. So poor signage to start. Then the overpriced, bitter margarita that was the same size as the small water glass. The food was so off, weird, each having some odd element to ruin it. The spring snack plate had over fried chewy wings the size of my pinky. The bruschetta dessert lacked any sweetness and the bread was nearly impossible to bite. The only good thing was the artichoke spinach egg roll but they gave only one. Then the grilled asparagus was ice cold. The lobster salad was doused in a lemon sauce, overpowering the sweet taste of the lobster. Waitress was a doll and attentive. I did tell her it was my friend’s birthday but that warranted no special little treat. The igloo was fine. No lights except at night so kinda boring otherwise. The last killjoy was the family that showed up who’s toddler cried forever. Thank goodness the company of my friends was stellar otherwise it would’ve been a waste of two hours.

Went there for husband’s birthday. Looking for something besides same old thing and found it. Service was excellent. Limited early menu for 4pm reservation, but had fresh food including lobster, shrimp, oysters for appetizer, sliders and dessert. Night descended, early January, Canada geese flew over in flocks, warm and cozy. If you want a special night out this was it for us.

We just finished dining at the Frost Bar today (Jan. 10th), and found it to be the most perfect and beautiful experience. Recommend by a friend, we were pleased with the exceptional service, warmth within the mini igloo, and overall aesthetic. Our drinks were perfect and were very complimentary to the charcuterie board. This was such an amazing and cute dining experience! Our server, Nathalia, was so sweet and even offered to take pictures of my friend and I!
