Dolfo
Food we had was great. Acai bowls were fantastic, and the egg and sausage bowl was just eggs. Not much you can do to elevate that. Bulletproof coffee was good too. The staff was polite, but my glaring issue was waiting 40 minutes for what’s essentially blended up fruit. Place was not busy. I also wasn’t a fan of getting served our food in plastic bowls with plastic silverware when we dined in.

First time here. Great tasting, good ingredients. The smoothie bowl I ordered was missing the granola. It wasn’t busy even though all 5 employees were all over the place, and my one bowl took over 10 minutes to make. I was not impressed with the staff. It would also be nice for the employees to not touch the eating part of my spoon and place it into the smoothie bowl with bare hands. Hope I have a better experience the next time I visit.

I’m in town for weekend and wanted to try something healthy for breakfast. I went on Google and it said they are open on Saturdays 8-2. But I showed up at 9:20 and they are closed. I don’t see a sign posted on the door about any closure either. While I was there another person tried to open the door as well and it was locked. Super confused and bummed.

Was here on 3/18/23. Around 1:30 pm. My experiences in the past have been nothing but pleasant. But this time was something different, unfortunately. And that is why the 3 star rating is necessary. I walk in and notice the two young girls look at each other and roll their eyes and mumble something. The place was empty. My guess was that they were ready to leave early. Needless to say I felt very unwelcome and uncomfortable. I expect more from The Fuel Bar, even if it’s on a Saturday.

Vegan burrito was cold; the tortilla was shiny, it was so soggy. No flavor at all, but I was full by the end of the meal. The vegan chicken salad was pretty good, onions in it were very over powering. The staff was friendly but should be coached on food safety/common sense. It’s great that there are vegan options available, but y’all definitely struck out.
