I’m always down for something new, so a fusion restaurant seemed fun and quite a variety on the menu. However, everything we had was just a bit – off? Egg rolls were probably the favorite. The free guac and chips (surprise!) were good, though the guac almost tasted more like a salsa with a very intense tomato flavor more than anything. The dumplings were a bit bland. The worst crime, however, was the Tikka Masala. One of my favorite Indian dishes and I’ve had many times, this one tasted NOTHING like it. No hints or garam masala spice. I know it’s fusion but then don’t name a dish off of something so specific in flavor.

As a Viet person, they have the best banh mi that I have tried in Chittenden County so far! Good bread. Also got the pad thai and it was different than the other pad thai I have had in the area, which was yummy! The chow mein was also a yummy dish.

A humble place that doesn’t look like much but the food is excellent and there is something for everyone with a vegetarian option for almost everything. Their California burrito and flat noodles are top notch. Prices (banh mi was $6) and delivery are also good and service is pretty quick. Dine in and get complimentary chips and quac.

Hole in the wall, not pretty, a bit slow (we had a big group), but pretty darn good and what a fun mexasianindian fusion. Loads of options for different palates, including vegetarian.

Amazing experience, The atmosphere is honoslty really chill, orderd the pork chili and chicken burrito and let me tell you, that may be the greatest thing I have ever eaten, 10/10 will come again. But more of a in depth review, there is a lot of seasoning and some of the food a little over cooked but honoslty it dosent hurt, if you cry about some overcooked chicken your a baby, besides that the pork chili was amazing.

I’ve tried a handful of dishes from Fusion including the Pho Ga, Banh Mi, lo mein, and fried rice. All has been great with my favorite being the Pho Ga. It’s my go to when I’m feeling under the weather. It has lots of fresh vegetables and the broth just hits. The mango lassi is also a favorite. I plan to try their burrito, quesadilla and dumplings. So many options!
