I was so excited to come and have breakfast on the water Sunday morning. The vibe is great, live music, lawn games, outside bar. Don’t come hungry. We have been waiting 2 hours and still haven’t gotten our food. They tried to set the expectation and said it would be 50 minutes, but this is crazy. When things like this happen customers should be comped their meal and offered free drinks. Just got our food with an apology, so that was nice. Hope it was worth the wait!!!

Definitely glad we found this place. There were beautiful views, live music, a nice breeze and Amazing food! The staff was friendly and accommodating. It took a while to get our food, but it was the middle of lunch rush on a beautiful Sunday, so it’s understandable. If we’re in the area again, we will definitely be back.

One of the best kept secrets around here. The chicken cutlet sandwich is what Sammie dreams are made of. Pair that with a scenic view and a grassy spot to let your kids run around and it’s a win win win. Be prepared to wait a bit- it’s a small kitchen, but well Worth it. We grab a drink pull a board game out of my bag and enjoy taking it slow for an afternoon.

Food was excellent….after waiting over an hour to get it. No one even gave us a heads up that it would be that long. Not even an apology once the food was finally brought over. This isn’t the most complex menu so I’m not sure what took so long. Disappointing because the sandwiches were quite good.

What a gem! This is perfect location for an outdoor lunch on a sunny day. The sandwiches are tasty and the patio area is beautiful with lots of flowers. Plenty of umbrellas for shade and a nice breeze from the water. We had the Sherwood and the Grassy sandwiches. Both were excellent, especially the Sherwood. The french fries were cooked to perfection. They use Wave Hill bread too.

Hidden gem. Although we waited almost an hour for 2 sandwiches (kitchen definitely got slammed), they quickly redeemed themselves within first bite. I would eat this same sandwich everyday if I could.
