I have attended many events and had a few family dinners at White’s of Westport. The food and the service has always been the best you come to expect from a quality establishment. The Galley Grille has gone through a tremendous remodeling. Do not let its name have you second guessing if you should have it on your list of trying or making it a regular favorite dinner night out. Not only is the dining area tastefully decorated, it has that comfortable feel you will not find in most restaurants. Very rarely will I recommend a place, White’s of Westport which the Galley Grille is their open to the public restaurant, has been a long standard of choice for good quality food.

Food was very good, Prices ok and Service could have been Better from the Waitress Rebecca R. No Service with a Smile, Was Slow and Kept Disappearing, I told I needed 1 minute to get ready to pay her and after 10 minutes I tracked her down and she was counting her $ in the other room.

The smell of the rug in the dining area away from the bar is to strong, you can smell as soon as you walk in. I did order food,it’s just ok. The Live music was good.

Absolutely gross they only make soup from Monday to Sunday 3 times a week should be fresh it was so chunky and salty I could of spiked my diabetes up then let’s add in my frozen mozzarella sticks plus completely melted lid that they said could of been in heat lamp why would you put plastic if that could happen and somone could consume plastic if it melts then lest add in everything was cold I don’t know what heat lamp you are talking about my food would of been ok I live 4 min away got there early then talked to owner I still have all the food willing for him to keep it just want my money back only bit into half of a mozzarella stick and ate 2 fries I ordered 3 things I wanted money back would bring everything nope he Expect me to eat there again and I’m really not cool with that and then will add on that the saltines were absolutely stale and so gross that you couldn’t even snap them they slowly broke DO BETTER AS A OWNER

Yet another fantastic place to eat. Traveling though out Massachusetts has been such a treat. The Galley had on the best burgeres I have eaten to date. Cooked to perfection and super tasty. The staff was friendly and helpful. Go to spot of in the area.
