The food here was delicious. We were greeted by Jennifer who was very accommodating to our large party. Although we arrived short notice she made magic happen by creating space for the 12+ people we arrived with. Kolbi was a great server, we were able to get our food fast and fresh.

6/4/2023 My wife and I heard of this place through Twitter and decided we would go see the hype. This is a 10/10 highly recommended place. Everything went our way. We called around 9am and they didn’t have a wait. We arrived around 10ish and there was a parking spot right in front of the restaurant!!! We’re talking downtown Memphis parking on a Sunday y’all. We were quickly greeted and seated by a most welcoming hostess. We ordered the pineapple mimosa carafe. While our opinion is split on the strength of the mimosa, weak for me, strong for her, we fully enjoyed every glass, I believe about 10 total. So yes, get the carafe over the single mimosa. The food was presented very well and didn’t take long to come out. The salmon cakes, the banana foster, the veggie omelette, everything was hands down some of the best ever. This is a five star review, no doubt, and the only problem if any would be that the tables are for intimate settings. Two to a table is perfect, three is close to the edge, and four would be a bout [fight] of ‘bows [elbows]. We will definitely be visiting frequently for our brunch occasions.

I remember when The Garden Brunch Cafe was in Nashville, and it was hands down my favorite brunch spot there. Last weekend, my sister and I had the best experience here! Everyone was friendly and the owner took special care of us. It was just such a welcoming environment. And the food was incredible! We had the pancakes (mine were with chocolate chips), turkey sausage, breakfast potatoes, and turkey bacon. The food tasted even better than what I remembered in Nashville! I’m looking forward to frequenting this spot when I’m in Memphis.

Lovely brunch spot downtown. We came around 1 on Saturday and there was no problem seating us. The food is GOoD. Highly recommend sharing a side of the banana pancakes. They are perfectly cooked and very good. The eggs Benedict and croissant sandwich were also really good. Make sure you get a mimosa carafe and ask for my girl J, best server in town!!

Highly recommend this place for breakfast. Walked in and was greeted instantly by Candice and our waitress was Kolbi. We were treated like family. Went there for Fathers Day and birthday day. Next time in Memphis will most definitely come back here to eat.

Mimosas! Check. Prompt service! Check. Food so good you don’t need to add seasoning! Double check. There isn’t enough words to express that even while short staffed, you never noticed a lack of anything! Great job GBC!

Great brunch spot!!! Our server was Kent and he was so hospitable and attentive. Great service. Food came out quickly fresh and hot. Nice ambiance. Ordered salmon cakes. Only minor thing was the salmon had a heavy taste of sage. It was still good though and I will visit again whenever I’m in the city again.

Baybeeee! When I say this place is incredible, it doesn’t even touch the surface. From the beginning, the greeters and wait staff were friendly, professional and courteous. The ambiance and decor is beautiful and homey with the gorgeous brick exposed walls. When I looked at the menu, everything caught my attention. I must admit I was a little disappointed when the breakfast meat selection only consisted of turkey sausage and bacon. (This chicken here is all about the pork). However, that homemade turkey sausage made me temporarily forget I was a pork girl, it was delicious. So sorry I have no pics to share. The moment they sat my breakfast before me, I never put my fork down! This place is fantastic, don’t think twice about coming!

Gotta give this place 5 stars. Leah was our server and age was friendly and attentive. The food was amazing. I had the steak and eggs with potatoes. How the made those potatoes to creamy was a mystery but one I was here for. My companion had the fish and grits, which was also delicious. She also had the bananas foster pancakes and they were also delicious. Please check this place out. There may be a bit of a wait, but it’s worth it. We’ll definitely be back.
