Nice place and nice staff! We sat on the outdoor patio and it was really great! Loved the soup and the salad. Generally, the portions are well served and tasty, I would definitely recommend if you are in this area.

My girlfriend recommended this spot a long time ago telling me I gotta try their food but I never got a chance. She said it’s a gem, a little hole in the wall but you gotta catch it because the hours are changing so I came one time but it looked like a bar, it definitely didn’t look like a place to eat so I never went back. I was surprised now they actually serve breakfast lunch and dinner and this time I opened the door it has one side a restaurant and the other side a bar which I was shocked. The atmosphere was cozy and the table setting was nice. We were told by the owner (very friendly) that there have been changes made and that they actually started serving Breakfast. We came as soon as they opened at 9am. We normally don’t like ordering Steak and Eggs for breakfast because for some reason every restaurant we have breakfast their NY steak never comes out good it always ends up dry. Normally when we try a new restaurant we would order Steak and Eggs for the first time and always end up being disappointed however, I can tell you these guys medium well Steak was so tender and juicy and well seasoned that I didn’t have to add steak sauce. My husband’s medium Steak was the same. We also ordered two hot pancakes and it was fluffy and tasted pretty good. Our server Veronica was great (sweet and friendly) and very attentive and always kept checking up on us if we needed anything which we like and appreciate.

Very friendly service. Ordered medium rare lamb chops that were more medium. Otherwise good. I was not a fan of the mash potatoes. The vegetables are the similar frozen variety steamed up. We came on a Tuesday and the special was liver and onion which was prepared as a slab and pretty good.

Too bad I will never eat at garden club again, food mediocre and service was worse. I have been there at least ten times and enjoyed the hospitality. My wife found a push pin in her vanilla ice cream. The waitress remarked we don’t have any of those things here. I’m glad you did not put it in your mouth. She walked away and comped us ice cream. I showed her two push pins on the wall in our booth and she was smug. We paid the bill, left a modest tip and the waitresses patronized us as we exited. They yelled goodbye and were laughing at us . They were disrespectful and I’m disappointed in their behavior and lack of customer service. I have nothing positive to say about this establishment.

Went for a birthday. First thing we saw was a bunch of drunks yelling at the front of the bar, near the entrance. Came at 11am but needed to wait for 11:30 to get the lunch menu. Despite advertising “brunch until 11:30”, that only means breakfast. After ordering, we waited at least 30 more minutes, at most an hour. Practically everyone needed to send their food back for correction. My burger was missing it’s bacon and onions, and I think the patty was unseasoned. Won’t be coming back.

Been wanting to try this establishment! Finally did on Fri. 6-16-2023! Here’s my opinion. An old time atmosphere taking me back to the way restaurants use to be. Cathy, our waitress was so sweet and fun to talk to made our stay so pleasant. Food was very home cooked and was prepared in an old fashion inviting way. Would definitely go back. Only one thing bothered me. There’s always a flaw in every restaurant. The Calimari appetizers were over priced and the quantity was very disappointing. Frozen rings and two small burnt tentacles did not live up to my expectations! Beside this one point I would rate this place very friendly inviting food but will stay away from the appetizers! Check it out if you like a old style comfortable restaurant. I liked it !
