.What an experience dining at The Gate City Hotel! If you like antiques and fine dining then this is the place for you. The food was excellent, and the service was very personal and friendly. I had the chicken fried chicken and it was very good and the sweet potato fries were out of this world. Definatly a must return place.

Stopped in for lunch while visiting Crawford, and had a great meal. Service was fast though it was only one lady running like crazy and the food was fantastic. Great sandwiches, fresh salad, and beautiful building too!

Delicious food! Started off w/warm loaf of bread/butter and salad. Hubby had chicken fried chicken w/baked potato and I had a superbly prepared ribeye steak w/baked potato. Good server kept our glasses full. Lovely ambience – wood motif w/country items and Indian photos on the wall. Big tv to watch football. Go try it, you’ll like it!!!
