Great beef brisket, pulled pork and ribs! Tried the hot sauce, regular and Carolina Sauces. Mac ‘n cheese, pecan coleslaw, and beer-battered fries. LOTS of food! We will be back!

I believe I had the best pulled pork sandwich of my life at Avery’s on Saturday afternoon. It was perfect

Battered fries were amazing. Husband had the green chili chicken mac & cheese and said the flavor was wonderful and tasty. Bbq sandwich was good, skimpy on bbq sauce. Brisket sandwich tasted good. However we had stopped at a bbq joint in NM that had more meat for less money so only 4 stars, but a good place to eat.

My wife and I went here for dinner last night as our third stop seeking a place to eat. Trail Riders was swamped and the China Garden didn’t have enough staff to keep up with carryout orders. This is fundamentally a BBQ establishment and you place your order at the counter and then they give you a beeper to let you know when to pick it up – no table side service. I had the pulled chicken and my wife had brisket. Both meals were OK just not anything special. We have had BBQ many times and this was just average in our opinion. My pulled chicken was really just small pieces of chicken and my wife’s brisket had too much fat on it for her liking. The BBQ sauce used wasn’t bad. The atmosphere was nice in that there were many seating options and space between them for comfort. We would eat here again if in town after trying other options too.

I had the pulled chicken sandwich. Very tender and moist, sauce was excellent but not overpowering. Lots of chicken, so I’m happy to have leftovers for tomorrow! Seasoning on the fries was great.

In the middle of nowhere Arizona we stumbled across the best Brisket and pulled pork we have ever eaten… and we’re from Texas.

We stopped into this place just thinking get a drink, get some gas, goodbye. Then we sauntered into Avery’s from the 76 and decided we were hungry. Got a Brisket and beer battered fries, and a BQ-ban (Avery’s take on a Reuben) with onion rings. It was delicious, melt in your mouth meat. The atmosphere is amazing just like the food.

The VERY best BBQ you will Ever eat! Everything on the menu is absolutely delicious. Their ingredients are fresh and top quality. Their recipes are out of this world good! It’s a clean, super nice atmosphere with friendly staff. And the smell when you walk in….mmmmmmm BBQ goodness. My whole family would give it a higher rating if we could & we’re a bunch of picky eaters.

Stopped here after the 4th of July parade, and it was PACKED! Have been here once before also. The restaurant is in the same building as a gas station/convenience store. Parking can be a bit tricky when working around the gas pumps. The decor is rustic, the bathrooms are clean, and there’s lots of seating available. You order at the counter when you walk in, then pick up the food when it’s ready and seat yourself. The wait time wasn’t bad at all. We had 11 of us there and tried a wide variety of the menu items from bbq meats to salads to mac n cheese to dessert. All of it was good.
