What a wonderful place. You can tell as soon as you walk in. The folks that work there are super nice and the food is excellent. Sheryl took care of us and is a professional and lovely lady. The restaurant is immaculate. To top it off the prices are reasonable and there are many specials. We will certainly be steady customers!

My husband, sister, and I ate here over the weekend and it was definitely worth the trip! Pork chops, country fried steak, fried chicken, mashed potatoes and gravy, macaroni and cheese, cornbread, ribs, shrimp, and cornbread (all orders combined). I would recommend any of them! Didn’t care for the broccoli casserole as it was a little too “sour” for my liking. We will be making the 2 hour trip back soon just to try their other food! Highly recommend this place!

Our family spent a wonderful night at The Gathering Place! Our server, Ms. Cheryl, was friendly and welcoming. We all enjoyed the all you can eat buffet – the baked chicken was a favorite. The cook, Richard, even came out to ask after our meal. 10/10 will come back!

Went tonight for first time. Staff is very friendly and nice. Our waitress was very sweet. Food was good. I ordered the sirloin entree with two sides. 16 on the menu, I upgraded to loaded baked potato, so it came to 18. Steak was about 8 to 10 ounces, which is perfect for me. My potato was cooked thoroughly. Sometimes at restaurants my baked potato may be bit hard in center, this one was cooked perfectly. My steak was cooked well and I got the broccoli casserole as my second side. Everything was very good. My husband got the T Bone entree with 2 sides for 35. He said it was very good, the T bone is probably about 16 ounces. Overall, very satisfied and will definitely go again
