I have to revise my review from 3 years ago. I have always loved their pizza. Today for my birthday we got 2 pizzas and wings. We spent $60. I believe that’s a fair price for great pizza. The pizza today was horrible. It consisted of a gooey sloppy undercooked mess. The crust was hard on the bottom like cardboard. I hope this was a one time problem for them. They 2 stars are for the great beer coupled with the -1 star pizza.

This place is a shell of its former glory. The pizza sucks. The staff rude and they no longer do the Saturday coupon deal which has been a thing for over 20 years. The pizza sauce was terrible. I miss the old Gathering Place.

The GP used to be my favorite restaurant and would come here for my birthday every year since I was a kid. Unfortunately after the new owners took over, the quality of the pizza has gone down the drain. It used to rival Buddy’s but now it doesn’t even hold a candle to Little Caesars. The wings (though now double the price) are still phenomenal and the beer is reasonably priced. Great atmosphere and still enjoy coming. I sadly just always leave a little bit disappointed now.
