Great vibe. Clean, chill. Good rock/popular music mostly that’s pretty universal seems to be playing every time I’m there. Reasonable prices drinks, good service and SKILLED bartenders if you want a mixed drink that requires some. Open Mondays (which is nice) and later than most bars around. HUGE 6 pack shop is plus too!

This was our first visit and we’ll definitely be back – this has a more dive bar, Pittsburgh diner style feel to it. One side has bottles and cases of craft beer and the other side is the dining room, with an outdoor patio.

genuinely surprised this was next to my neighborhood, and i never stumbled in before. however once i did i sure was impressed. lovely staff greeted us and they had nice specials. food we ordered was great.

The Getaway is a hidden gem! Just down the road from Brookline Blvd, this bar and restaurant is great. The food is amazing, and they even have a convenient beer distributor, so you can grab drinks to go!
