We source only Humanely Raised Natural and Antibiotic-Free Pork, Grass-Fed Beef and Local Pasture-Raised eggs. We source Local and Organic Produce when in season and all our Aiolis, Add Ons and Sausage Patties (Including our Veggie) are made in house. We use 100% Avocado Oil and are happy to be a Seed-Oil Free Kitchen!

So fun and unexpected to see a food truck in downtown Stillwater! I stopped by and met the owner, Ryan, who explained to me the quality ingredients he uses, which drew me in to want to order. I got the Avocado Toast with greens, fried egg, parmesan, and bacon, and it was AMAZING! So refreshing, tasty, and affordable as well! Came back again, and plan to continue 20/10 would recommend

I was excited to try this spot. My sandwich was not appetizing-yolk running out, quite messy and I could not eat it. How do you eat an over easy egg sandwich on the go? I thought generally egg sandwiches were made with a fully cooked egg. Waste of money.
