I love food trucks! Stopped by close to closing time but the cashier was still happy to attend to me. Accidentally ordered the veggie tacos not realizing it was part of the breakfast menu but the chef was willing to still make them for me. Before I was able to pay, the chef asked if I would prefer a lunch version veggie taco. They were DELICIOUS! Light but extremely filling. Definitely would order those again to satisfy my taco cravings!

Food was eatable but the Spanish lady cooking did not even know the menu. I ordered the sliders, and she only gave me 2 instead of the 3 that the menus says. When I questioned her, she said “I always do 2”. I replied “well, the menus says 3 not 2”.

We stayed at the Grand Hyatt back in October, and finding this food truck was one of the best parts of our trip. Not only is Tanner’s food amazing, but his service is incredible! Such a hidden gem here in Vail. Can’t wait until we have our next meal there!
