We were looking for a place with outdoor seating, even in the rain today. Everywhere had their outdoor closed but not here! Their covered patio was breezy, and with it on the second floor, a gorgeous view of the plaza! They were absolutely friendly with my dog and best customer services in New Mexico! The food was delicious, and the chicken tacos were divine. My husband got the Taos on tap, and came out with the perfect amount of foam.

One of the few places with a happy hour. Biggest bar to sit at in Taos. Bar service is hit and miss. Funny shirts for sale. Sit on the patio if you can.

I got chips and salsa, a mojito, a margarita and green chile beef strew and everything was delicious! My margarita was a little bit strong and I didnt taste the prickly pear but it wasnt bad ! The staff were friendly, nice view from the terrace. Very reasonable prices !

This place was really awesome. They were really busy when we arrived with a party of 9. At first they said it was going to be about 35 minutes to seat us but they sat us really fast. Service was great and speedy. Food was good. The view was incredible. They say us out on the patio and it overlooked the town beautifully. Being here on a day trip I really enjoyed the opportunity to stare at this town for just a little longer while I ate.

First off, the entire area, including the building, is under construction. Parking is practically non existent. But we did have a great lunch here at the Gorge Bar and Grill. We had a large party of 25 and were seated very quickly. Almost immediately, the power went out. The staff did an amazing job working through this problem. Our meals were still prepared and served hot. My wife ordered the crab cakes and they were amazing. The waitresses even had to go old school and write out and itemize every check since there was no power to use the registers. Hats off to the entire staff for how well you all managed during the power outage.

We were in Taos for the holidays and decided to visit the Gorge Bar and Grill. We parked at the free Town of Taos parking lot located near Our Lady of Guadalupe Church. We arrived just before the lunch rush. My wife and daughters ordered the soup and sandwich, and refreshing salad, and veggie burgers. I ordered and enjoyed the green chile Gorgeous burger with sweet potato fries. The service was good and the food was delicious.

I came in alone to get a drink and an appetizer before meeting friends for dinner. The servers waited on everyone around me and completely ignored me. It was like being invisible which was a new and different experience for me. I was kind of offended at first and then I just started to wonder how long this could go on. But all research aside , I got bored after 30 minutes and left. The hostess even asked me if I enjoyed my dinner. Lol.
