The Parisian panini was perfect! The Belgium chips were decadent and felt more like dessert than chips, highly recommend if you have a sweet tooth. The Corsica chips were also great and had more of a sweet-salty balance. I’m a huge chips fan so was thrilled to find this place!

Handmade potato chips are one of my very favorite things. Who knew a whole shop dedicated to taking them completely next level even existed until we happened upon it today wandering downtown Asheville. Grabbed an order of the “Parisian” to go. Simply divine!! Check this place out. Pricey but worth it.

This place is amazing! All the ingredients are very fresh, everything is hot and flavorful. I had the Italian panini, the ham on this was crazy good. The Cajun sweet potato chips with red pepper aioli drizzle is one of my favs. Very friendly and hardworking staff, this place is a must try in downtown Asheville. My husband and I are both locals and frequent often, on this particular visit a group of nasty customers (who left a 1 star review below) accosted the employees and owner because they wouldn’t abide by the restaurants policies, and the staff handled the situation with grace and professionalism. Overall, great food and great place.

Best meal in all of Asheville. Very high quality ingredients and flavors. Lots of meticulous care is put in to every order. We got The Italiano sandwich and Truffle Parmesan Turkey Panini with Parisian chips and The Napa chips. If you want to surprise your taste buds come try everything on the menu.

THE BEST CHIPS EVER! Wow wow wow! We discovered this gem on a walking food tour called Eating Asheville which exceeded our expectations. We stopped here for sandwich and chips and though the sandwich was good , the chips were fantastic! The show stopper for sure. The perfect thickness and crunch in each chip. They offer so many flavors and toppings and are served in a cone. They have sandwiches as well if chips aren’t your thing.

I am so happy I found this place! First of all the ladies working there are super friendly and patient when I couldn’t make up my mind. The panini and chips was amazing and very flavorful. I also think the food was reasonably priced. Really good quality for the price. Highly recommend and definitely will return.

YOU CANT MISS the visit to The Gourmet Chip Company If you are in Asheville. MUST TRY the chips. Little bit on expensive side. Don’t forget to check hours before you go. They close at 5:00pm. If you have sweet tooth do try Belgium sweet potato fries. You can’t really go wrong with any flavors you choose.
